    And if you're using outlook 2003 or later with exchange 2003 or later, you can use RPC-over-HTTPS to connect using SSL to connect with strong encryption without a VPN.
    But you'd be still using SSL, so it's not much of a solution.

    I didn't miss the irony - "Mac OS on x86, Windows on PowerPC - The sky is falling!" is very obvious.

    Running Windows on Macs is not new, though.

    Cool, so when Apple discontinues support for Mac OS on your hardware, you can replace it with, um, Windows. ReactOS, not Windows. Windows/PPC doesn't run on Macs, only on PReP/CHRP machines (such as the IBM RS/6000 series and several PPC ThinkPads).

    BootCamp is currently a beta. Apple would charge for the release version.

    The article says Apple will charge current users of Mac OS X Tiger for the final version of Boot Camp. They always said it'll be bundled with Leopard. They're just saying they'll sell it to Tiger users, instead of leaving them out.

    go watch, BTF3 again, Mr Fusion only powered the time circuits he never got around to converting the car to electric, it still needed gasoline to run.
    That was only because the engine wasn't electric, only the flux capacitor and the time circuits were. I'm pretty sure 1.21 gigawatts are more than enough to power an electric car.

    I believe the grandparent meant the Stargate SG-1 episode "Exodus", where SG-1 sent a few dozen unmanned Goa'uld death-gliders to lure Apophis away from Vorash.
