Most movies do not fit on to singe layer discs without loosing significant quality. Most films that can fit on a single layer disk are usualy 60% comressed.
Now I may be wrong about this, however it is mine understanding that hydrogen used for cells and so forth is produced by applying an electrical charge to water, this causes the hydrogen and oxygen to divide and the gas is gathered and used in cells. At the moment this is done with wind powered or solar generators but when this comes a mass used device the "clean" and "conservative" methods will be tossed out the window(solar and wind can't possibly provide enough power) and replaced by regular power plants, so all in all you really will not have any power conservation.
No HDMI does not mean no HD video. You can play HD quality video on a low end PS3 just fine, in fact it's what every X-Box360 owner will be doing because X-Box360 has no HDMI (or DVI for that matter) at all.
I think it's been proven quite a long time ago that you can indeed delete porn. The question of "why would you want to delete porn" has yet to be answered.
What ever happened to voxels? Remember games like Deltaforce, Comanche and Werewolf? That was back in the days when CDs were the big thing and those terrains looked beautiful, and I'm sure with a bit of research were also destructible. Think about it, terrain that will actually explode.
Procedurals normally do not look good as a rule. They tend to have a certain pattern and unrealistic aspect to them. It's much better to produce terrain through... well something as detailed as an aerial photo.
Plus I can sell my PS2 today for nearly the cost that I bought it at. The PC I bought when I purchased the Ps2... well I can't even give that away let alone sell it.
A PC is also a restaurant that only serves breakfast.
Seriously, what was the last non FPS game that you played on the PC? There's no games on it these days aside from a few good shooters here and there. The rest tends to be year old stale console games.
Also, you'll end up with a bill that would have bought you a PS3, X-Box, WII and a small PC to do your taxes and/. trolling on.
Actualy I'm rooting for Nintendo's failure not because I hate Nintendo but because I just want them to stop trying to make consoles (at which they suck) and start making games for both systems). then everyone wins.
Actualy you got that backwards. All games comming out to the 360 are also comming out on the PS3. However most games comming to PS3 (Metal Gear Solid, Final Fantasy, Killzone, GTR, Warhawk... well the list goes on) will not be on the 360. Or might be EVENTUALY at a lower quality.
The only real exclucive title on the X-Box is Halo3, and after H2 it does not seem too apealing.
You know, I'm a bit surprised that anyone is upset that the rumble is missing in the PS3 controller. The first thing that a lot of people do when they play a game is turning the damn thing off.
It's annoying, breaks your concentration and is used ad nausea. I have several third party controllers that do not have that feature installed and I have never even considered that it was an issue.

even so, can this provide wnough power to say... fuel all the cars in America?

Wii a honda? no not likely. It's more like the Smart-Car really. Cheap, fun, but doesn't quite do what the other cars can.
The first thing you do when you start a game tends to be turning off the rumble feature.

oh come on, It's nearly the same as the Canadian dollar now.
you mean "last generation"

Spell check first, then we'll talk.
yeah they won't over charge you on anything. Microsoft is ever so nice and make one hell of a stable OS.
they had a couple of cards that accelerated voxels, and they were damn fast too. And look at how good it looks:

Logic and Microsoft have never been friends.

Which means that within a year the commercials will be the exactly the same as apple's, except instead of the "dull" intel it will be the "PS3".
So rather then actually playing a Metal Gear game it's far better to pretend by using his likeness in a cheesy button masher. WOOO!!! go logic!
five minutes in to a dungeon the party stops for a smoke break.
A new and exciting Pop-Up delivery system
Because there really are no great game on the PC. Last one was Oblivion, and that kicked my computer's nads.
