that was the "Troubleshooting Automatic Software" page. It is to be used if something doesn't work, not to be confused with actual update procedures to be fair, you would have to give similar info for Windows. But that wasnt your intention.

yes, but content that is actually produced in it is. taking a 720x540 dvd a applying the codec to it does not give you hi def quality video. hi def comes from actually re-mastering the video at HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 with all the increased pixel detail.
what you are doing is the almost the equivalent like taking at 72 dpi image into photoshop, making it 300 dpi. in neither case is quality improved.
also, since i signed my real name, all they would have to do is subpoena me, and i would say the truth, this is my action and no way was i paid by apple. you really need a basic understanding of the legal system.
mention in court is far cry from PROVING in court. and as this thread is on Slasdot, i think a quick google search would give apple reasonable doubt in its defense, not that they need a defense for what tiger would think without proof anyways.
