Yeah, but there's a rampaging caravan of middle-eastern supersoldiers attacking our Southern border, trying to take all our welfare and jobs and rape the white women, amirite? And SJWs are destroying our culture, amirite? And antifa are the real nazis, amirite?

I'm interested in how you decide which mythical all-destructive forces to believe?

I never really enjoyed my mechanicals, but the hype was so strong that mechanical was the way to go that I kept trying, thinking that I just needed to find the right one.

Finally, I was in some store one day and they had a Razer Cynosa Chroma on display and I tried it and decided on the spot to give my mechanicals away to friends and now that Razer is my absolute favorite. Less than half the price of my cheapest mechanical, too.

People in tech cede way too much control over their lives to their employers, IMO.

It's a bit different when your job expects to be able to reach you on your phone.

Don't let your employer dictate how you live your life. We've allowed them to take away our agency just because they're not willing to be properly organized or to pay for sufficient employees to cover their needs. And never, ever accept this kind of intrusion on your life as "the new normal". It's only normal because you allow yourself to be exploited.

People let their employer dictate their lives in a way that they would never accept from their family or loved ones.

This Thanksgiving, I pray that you're able to find some motivation in life besides grievance and hatred. Stop being a victim and be more positive. Find something you love and let that motivate you, even if it happens to be a pillow printed with an anime character.

Well, let's start out with the most recent: Just a few hours ago, Donald Trump voiced his full & unwavering support for a Saudi leader who had a legal United States resident murdered, cut into pieces and his bones dissolved in acid. And this is a day after the story broke that his administration tried to help the Saudi leader cover up the murder and gave him advice on how to deflect the blame onto someone else. I'm pretty sure that on the morality scale, that falls somewhere South of "good"
