Will the Psystar law suit end going the same way?? as apple is locking mac os to it's hardware and useing software locks like how apple is locking the I-phone to ATT sim cards.
TiVo interface is over kill for OTA only maybe if this for a cable card based system but the cable had things setup there that likely will not happen any time soon.

The generic chipsets are not that generic and the video cards have good drivers from ATI and NVIDIA.
The p35, p45, x38, x48, g35, g45, and more are all just about the same.
1) revenue would take a big hit if people switches from Apple branded hw to others.
Yes but they will get revenue from people buying mac os x as well people who are not buying mac due to the lack of hardware that fits them.
2) shipping fewer units would mean higher unit costs and lower margins on those products
Apple can come out with products that are better priced at lower margins and ship more units and mac os x shipping units will go up.
3) support costs would go up as Apple would have to ensure it worked on a variety oh hardware combos with products they currently do not support but are common such as WiFi cards from various manufacturers, or 4) they cut a deal with say Dell and HP but then they will need to significantly drop prices and stop update the build every time an internal component changes
They just need to add drives for common chip sets as most chipset / video cards are based on the same base chips and with more people with mac osx that will make more drivers come out.
5. If apple come out with a good priced desktop mid tower they you will see more mac video cards and more drivers of other pci-e cards come out.
6. Apple needs better priced laptops the $1500 mac book black should have a bigger screen and / or a real video card. $2000 just to get a 15 screen and low-mid range video card is too high.
7. Apple can keep the mini but drop it to $500 and put a DVDRW in the base system with a easier to open case.
790gx and 780g with side port ram are good for basic video work / vista and you can add $50 card for a boost as well. Also they cost less then Intel board that cost more and are slower with poor divers that use system ram.
How much of it is done on dead / down time while you are waiting for someone / the job / the paper work / and so to get back to you. Even the 5 - 10 min at the end of the day where you don't have the time to start the next thing and you are just killing time can add up.
Will a pay for playing time system work better then pay per month / 30 day blocks?
So people who don't play that much pay less and the people who are on 24/7 pay more.
Mac os will nice with they had good video cards a good price but you need $2300 + a over priced video card update to get a good mac for gameing.

slot machines are protected from Static shocks and other hacks and this seems like a hack job and not a static shock.
Why can't they make voting systems that are just as hard to hack?
I think that the NGC should look at the voting system to see how bad they are.
There are many other way that the votes would of got on there like.
The cartridge and or voting system not being reset.
People finding away to vote 2+ times in a race.
Some rigging the vote.
A hacker doing it to see if it can be done.
Some kind of buffer / overflow / bad software that adds some number to the votes.
A error code / build in testing code that some how got triggered.
A build cheat code in the voting software.
Only pci-e x1 and 128meg of ram? ati, nv cards have more ram at a lower cost with a pci-e x16 link.
The x1 link will slow this down. HTX is even better then pci-e for a add in cpu.
1908 also was the last time that the cubs won it all.
Are we in some kind a time loop / time DILATION FIELD. If we are we should use the ZPM powering it for other stuff.

Australians do not have truly unlimited plans as the over seas links are not that big I think that some do have Unlimited plan for in Australia Data.
There is a Sydney harbor bridge crash in earth just zoom in and try to go up it.
Games for Windows - LIVE is free as it should of been at first and also run on XP.
If this was payed for LIVE + vista only then that would of KILLED the game.
how far does the 1Gbps go? in town only? in the local switch only?
It's time to start a union how long before more stuff comes up that cut's you pay.
1 battery a day will work for a mini spy sever

It may need the power of 2 usb ports.
apple EULA will not stand up in a EU court so someone can setup a place like Psystar and use this with out braking the law.
there are Constitutional matters with the bill as well so even if passed the gov will end spend a lot just on that going to court.
Then you need a efix to run mac os on it or use the os x86 hacks.
they use glossy screens and apple does not let you pick if you want one or not like they do with the mac pro.
It's too bad that you need a $2300 mac pro to make use of it as the mini has a very weak video card and the imac screens are not good for photo work.
