Enterprise Computer systems need to be easy to open up and the mini is not easy to do so and the mac pro cost is too high. The I-macs are not easy to open as well and they can not fit in to the same space as desktop + screen on it's own can. It may fit but the side loading cd / dvd may be hard to use then also Built-in iSight camera can be big NO NO some places.
and this system only has the pci-e lanes for 1 x16 video card. AMD's 4x4 system uses cheaper ddr2 DIMMS that have a lot less lag. Even the a dual AMD Opteron with ecc drr2 is better for games and it has a lot more pci-e lanes. Amd quad-cores will blow this a way.
Chipset to cpu and cpu to cpu link with intel you have to use the chip set for one cpu to talk to another one. Also If amd where to copy intel and put 2 dies on the same cpu they will have a better link for them that will not eat up chipset to cpu bandwith.
AMD is working on there new Barcelona chip and it takes time for a NEW CPU to come out. Also AM2 was forced as DDR 1 was starting to go a way at the time and they needed to move to DD2 but the AM2 boards will work with the new AM2+ cpu unlike Intel where they use the same socket but need new chips and newer boards with the same chip set with support for the newer vcore.
If not then this WILL KILL OFF WOW and other games like it as people will not want to pay taxes on stuff and they can't sell with out taking a risk of losing it all even if you are just sell what is needed to pay the tax bill.
cards today are firmware upgradable but they may need a bigger rom to hold the bios and the efi rom. also a raid / sata / ide / scsi card needs a rom to be able to boot from it.
Too many games now days are the same from year to like the sport games that are mainly just roster updates. There are a few games that do get better over time like Heroes of Might & Magic, RTS games, Sim City games, other sim games, TBS games, a lot driving games now let you drive any where, and 3d shooter have been adding cool things to them but now days many of ones out right are the same. Pc pinball games still can't beat the free visual pinball + vpinmame and when they try they are way off in the rom part as well not giving you all of settings that are in the real games settings / test menu Pro pinball did do a good job with that.
I did miss the non looping path in need for speed one.
Side scrollers where fun back in the day but too many of them relied on spike abuse like the mega man games.

as a cpu drop in not a big update.
Intel is trying to sell the V8 as a gaming system.

It's better to flash a video card or other pci-e / pci card as they can have there roms loaded before the os stars up
Dumbing down pc game to work with a controller sucks.
A mouse is a big thing that the x-box does not come with.

How fast will MS push out DX 10.1 or some other small update to make this stop working like what they have done in past.
They did things like this with win32s and os/2
Or intel give them a deal on the cpus and this came out around the time that AMD VS INTEL law suit came out.
There will be software for the iphone that you will be able to buy. Apple / ATT will not let pass them buy.
It is a ORI ship coming out of a supergate
What will Wal-Mart do if one of there cheap and big seller players get blacklisted?
Ii would suck to be working there on that day.

But you still need the key to fully use them
That would be good use for the extra pci-e x1 slots.
or firewire to IDE
but on board video still is way behind real video cards and there is a big lack of on boards chips with there own ram.
The campus rent a cops are not well trained for this kind of thing.
are they still have at least 1 ide port as part of the chip set.

But you need to have that extension in the cards rom
