    WoW players complain because they know what a good camera is.

    If you like WoW better, than by all means go play WoW.

    Yeah, because obviously games consist of nothing but the camera, everything else is irrelevant.

    This reminds me of the Comanche program. They spent an asinine amount of money on it before deciding that UAVs are a better idea. Then there was the OICW program which was also (largely) scrapped. I guess these things are relatively common.

    Well, actually, Islam has been at war with the West since its inception. And not just the West, but other parts of the world too (such as India, which is still suffering from terrorism).

    If it is to pacify the population while attempting to gain cost recovery then Yes other militaries can do it better. (The Romans for example would of eliminated 10% of regional population for each attack on their personele.)

    Wouldn't work. Jihadists don't care if you kill them, since there's nothing more glorious than to become a martyr, and there's an infinite supply of reinforcements anyway.

    Of course, there's a slight problem with your view: I don't care that they're black, I don't believe that their skin color or biological properties have anything to do with the subject, and I never suggested that black people shouldn't have weapons because they're black. It's always the raving leftist lunatics who make everything into a racial matter, and then call everyone else racist. How ironic.

    Besides, I never came up with the idea or otherwise mentioned it, someone else did. I only said that it makes sense (which it does), but that I don't know how it's supposed to work (ban guns in a state with a lot of black people who commit a lot of crimes?).

    Do you think another military would perform better in Iraq? They wouldn't. The US military could be twice as powerful as it is now, and it probably wouldn't make any difference in there. Sure, they could effortlessly reduce Iraq into a pile of rubble and kill everyone, but that's not their goal.

    It's all becoming clear to me. I mean, it's so fucking obvious. What do all killers have in common? They all wear pants. If you ban the use of pants, these incidents will stop dead in their tracks. It's pretty easy to see how pants could destabilize someone.

    Ban pants, and ban underwear too, just to be safe.

    I'm so sorry that not all of us are rolling in cash like you. I'll now go and cut my wrists to repent for the horrible sin of being a cheap asshole.

    I may hopefully afford a new television in the next few years, and the absolute maximum price is 1,000 euros (anything higher is fucking stupid anyway). I've never had anything better than a 14" CRT.

    Legitimacy of the grievance has no bearing on the right of a person to express that grievance.

    I mean that if their grievances are not legitimate then why would you address them, or make concessions towards the rioters? Demonstrations, no matter how stupid, are acceptable, but riots are not.

    Garbage games have always been produced. Angry Nintendo Nerd illustrates some of them. I think people who talk about a drastic decline in story and gameplay are exaggerating. There have been lots of games with outstanding gameplay and story, for all platforms.

    Why is aggression made out to be some nigh-unnatural force of evil that corrupts people? Aggression is normal, and the level of aggression produced by playing Quake isn't even remotely enough to send a mentally stable person into a real life killing spree.

    It seems that aggression is only bad if video games produce it, otherwise it's a non-issue.

    Please stop using the term "next-gen." There is nothing "next-gen" about Oblivion. Why was Morrowind less next-gen? Why was Doom less next-gen than Unreal 3? Oblivion etc. are just normal technological progression, no different from past games.
