Twice. Twice you used the contraction for IT IS instead of the possessive ITS. Twice. Seriously, it's like getting an icepick in each eye. Is it THAT hard to tell the difference between a contraction and a possessive?
No it's not. I just like pissing off grammar Nazis. It's, its, their, there, and they're are some of the easiest ways...
It's disappointing to me to see so many people quickly dismiss the Pope as just some nutjob church guy.
I will grant you that, but his words have a powerful affect on the nutjob church guys. He's seen by some as God's mortal mouth piece, so to have a story about him chiming in on such a hot button issues is going to create a war of MS/APPLE epic size. Both is morality and science especially with this group.
I know it's off topic, but... my reaction was to check if it was me or the site. I mean, who would put changes in without the users knowledge? It's not too bad, still scared the buddy Christ right out of me.
I guess this moderator thinks that 'troll' means "I didn't understand a word you just said".
No no no! Didn't you get the memo? For the time being Moderators are to use Overrated, Flamebate, and Troll until the new options of -1 Unpopular, -1 Shut-up, and -1 I-just-don't-like-you are rolled out. It's just a workaround, so be patient.
Part of what I do is code review. I've seen some very elegant code and I've seen some very bad hack jobs that just get the job done....If it's not up to par I send it back to be rewritten. In that statement you've likened me to an art critic... I'll just haul off and pop a few in my skull, making the world a better place for all.
"The 2007 Mod of the Year Awards players choice winners have been announced, crapping on a great year in gaming"
I'm sorry, I take all video games awards with a grain of salt now since the spike VGAs and gamecock... Some games get better with mods... others, not so much... I just know I don't want to be the one sorting the gems from the crap.
As much as we'd love to see an uprising like this for "free" music or more directly fan supported. Sadly, this reminds me of hearing about early days of low key p2p software that's loaded with so much spyware that while you get "free" games/music/software you're losing all personal data.
Remember kids, in the English language, things can be spelled the same and mean different things. Track might mean music or may mean follow
There is a chipmunk
At the center of the earth
And in his big oven
He bakes his own desserts
He warms the ocean
And from that, life springs forth
Little organisms building trash around the clock
Compost heaps
Or melting pots
For Farmer John's
Smoked Sausage stocks
Worms make the dirt
And the dirt makes the earth
And all of the roots have a place to sleep now
All the chanuks have squash to eat now
Worms make the dirt
And the dirt makes the earth
And people hold hands and feel terrific
Food comes from dirt
It's scientific
Ya know? A simple "No" would have worked as an answer to my rhetorical question...
but COAX shakes it's copper at you and tells you to keep your computer turned on and stay off it's lawn.
Some leader of a church said genetic research is wrong? This is non-news flamebate
And I know I just bit...

Wind resistance? Oh come on! This is rocket science! It isn't exactly rocket science here...
Wait...
Deaf pony? Oh... The poor dear can't hear...?
As my mama always said. 'If you want a lawyer hurled into the Sun. You have to do it yourself!'
Proposed solutions?
- Convert everyone in the world
- Kill Them All
Well, I think we know which is the more direct one! But, is it really the BEST solution?IT Mindset: "Why did this start ticking? I'll just reboot it, maybe it will stop..."
In that statement you've likened me to an art critic... I'll just haul off and pop a few in my skull, making the world a better place for all.
ISPs don't download music, their users do. You start holding ISPs at fault, so is Jack Daniels for drunk driving...
Because this seems more like Art for geeks.
Also, kind of funny. We're asked to download 'em so our processors have something to chew on and we make their server choke...

They asked me to take the "test" and I said "No thank you Meat Puppet! I'm not interested in a cult started by a sci-fi writer..." and kept walking.
