But it's my understanding because of drug patents and research dubbed "trade secrets" getting the information to a competitor to create some kind of cure is near impossible. I'll try keep my tinfoil hat off and not say there is some kind of "you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours" going on between companies to keep research and patents the way they are.
A treatment means that you can prolong it. At least street dealers give you the first one for free... Wait, don't drug reps give doctors offices free samples to hand their patients?
Maybe I'm just cynical that the medication to keep me aloft costs 2k a month so the prospect of a cure for my illness won't come till after that gravy train derails...
WE talked about this before. Some people are all for overtime in the developer world some of us think it's worthless. If it gets games out by their release dates great! But I'm not shelling out 90 bucks a game!
Since many websites are hosted outside the state/country it seems moot. Well, at least the sites with the material that would harm you to look at it...
It's just cobbled together CE, ME, and NT versions with a new GUI. Though, they could of stuck with the first name... Windows CEMENT... Would of been far more accurate.

Selling != Fair use and this shows that well. It's one thing to make backups of your games to run on a modded box, it's a whole other to sell them later on.
But Bungie is part MSFT right? Also there is a big difference between blasting aliens and defending yourself against bullies. IF this works maybe he'll go after the America's Army game. That's more real military themed violence.
