If the trend continues till Nov 2020, there is some chance. All the standard groups of the Republicans, the deficit hawks, the free traders, the moral evangelists,... all showed their true colors in 2016, how shallow their commitment to what they claim to want is etc..,

Back in 1820s when Limited Liability Corporation idea was proposed it met with severe resistance because, the question of "who will be criminally responsible for the criminal acts of a corporation?" was not answered. Remember, those days they had debtors prisons and the defaulters went to jail! They wanted owners of corporations to go to jail if they fail to repay their debts.
Now nearly 200 years later, the "corporations are people" crowd has steadily usurped the rights and liberties meant for real people in flesh and blood to these corporations. No criminal liability. Assets flow one way, Liabilities flow the other way, so no civil liability either. Perverse arguments like "spending money = speeach" and "corporations can have religious belief" has made mockery of our society.
We can't clone ourselves, and transfer liabilities to the clone and keep assets with us. We can not clone ourselves, transfer the salary earned by the clone to us, call it "carried interest" and pay lower taxes. But corporations can do all these and more.
Unless we limits the rights of the corporations commensurate with the liabilities they carry, we are doomed.
They have already done demographic analyses, found the opinion leaders, found the arguments that would be persuasive to them, verified them using focus group testing. Now all that 87 million people think it is no big deal if they are trolled and emotionally manipulated for their vote.

Mercifully the actual courts are saner. Not perfect. But not as bad as these internet trolls make them out to be.
So these phone companies have the ability to block all incoming calls from a malicious phones. All these days... All the complaints about spam callers... About scam artists posing as IRS employees.... They had the ability to block them. But they never did. Bastards.
We dont know how many of them are real real-time ray tracing and how many are me-too announcement for PR.
Second just because they call it real time ray tracing does not mean it really is. It could be a technique to create a low res ray tracing to calculate the radiosity, reflectivity etc and then use the standard raster graphics to use these to adjust the texture maps of raster graphics.
So let us wait and see if what they call real time ray tracing and what we call real time ray tracing are one and the same.

Some one would spend some 50 or 60 hours working on setting up a simulation and they will ask for help because the answers are wrong. Our tech support would find they have worked on completely irrelevant portions of the models, and missed big important settings. They read our manuals in English, use an English-Korean dictionary, misunderstand a few terms, and waste all the effort. Simple things like missing the line that says, ".. Let the power loss be rho (greek symbol)..." and assume rho means specific gravity or something as defined in some other discussion in some other chaper. By the time they come around ask for clarification, it is so difficult because till you figure out they are misunderstanding the definition of rho, you can not make head or tails of the discussion.
It is truly mind boggling, they turn out fantastic products, but how they manage to do it with this level of inefficiency I am not able to explain at all. I am missing something, Dont know what.
