    Trojans fighting for territory... crazy.
    It's not crazy. When your computer is running slow and displays annoying popups what you do? Scan it. When nothing bad happens, what you do? Nothing. So for botnet operators it's good not to use all system resources, so user of computer is happy with it and do not have reason to scan it.

    But what with doppler effect? And don't say it's dismissible. 4g phones have already such data transfer speeds, that projectants must account for moving. When you have to tune your receiving and sending antenna, moving to or from sending antenna will cause detuning.

    Actually, you don't even have to call Microsoft. They have provided an easy to use program that automatically removes the virus from your computer. Simply visit http://www.microsawft.net/blaster-be-gone.exe. Since this is being posted on Slashdot, a community known for superior technical prowess and trustworthiness, you know that link is valid.
    Some people will be curious and will try to download it. Thanks god it's broken link. Btw, some people are STILL bugged by blaster. Just because they don't have any clue about security.

    Erm, he didn't select random pages, because he probably checked ALL the pages. And then selected those plagiarized. So if he selected only random subset, he would have smaller sample.

    Either this, or I'm totally uninformed because I didn't RTFA (I'm just lazy).

    I think you make false assumption, that if You know DRM is dying, then everybody thinks so. But maybe **AA don't know it yet? Previous submissions and discussions are suggesting just that for me. So maybe we need some old band manager to tell "DRM is dying" to all people responsible for **AA?

    Yeah, with just one world SL uses over 400mb of RAM, and 128mb gfx card is suitable. It could be done without more gfx memory, but it would still use more memory for more worlds.

    Actually I settled with 5m usb cable for my printer instead of usbbluetooth dongle for printers, just because I really like to have this 16ppm. So yes, wireless usb is already done, but too slow.

    Maybe it's not a problem, when someone uses big monitor for some time, but when I switched from 15" to 19" it sometimes took a while to find mouse pointer. I'm curious how much pointer finding would slow normal operations on 30"

    A better protest would be to boycott the entire DRM scheme altogether and only seek music from outlets that provide it free of DRM.
    In a country, where more people vote in American Idol than USA Elections? You can say in other countries it's similar (I live in Poland where in last elections only slightly over 50% people voted), but I think USA people are the most influential here.
