And you are positive Google maps was out before Mapblast and TerraServer. At the very least Google maps copied Mapblast and Google Earth copied TerraServer. I recall using both of them before googtle was even born. oh yea, check out the owner of mapblast and the supporter of terraserver.
Still managed to go right over your head. I replied to show how constructive your post was. I copied and pasted your reply and changed two words. You don't like my post but yours is fine?
Generally, one can read the subject of a comment for extra context! When you mix the two together, you've got a concept! Damn incredible!
Right back at ya, GP could have said the same thing to you.
Sorry kid but when you put fireworks off inside you are either mentally retarded or criminally insane or trying to start a fire. In any case you belong in jail for live or on the chairfor putting fireworks off inside..
I'm sure you can't see the difference. But as a mentally handicapped person, there wasn't a moment where I thought that meant I should be hiding in a closet for fear of my life because of who I am.
why in the hell every time a Windows related post, some moron has to include Linux in their comment? wtf? who cares about your dual boot with linsux! pay more attention.
From what I've heard, that's quite true. However, in the years since then they've actually explicitly stated that you can do this in the license agreement.
Too true. The thought was that you could be only using the Apps at work or at home, but not both. Later my company(and MS) encouraged having the same office suite at home as we did at work. I got a CD of Office 2003 Pro with all the bells and whistles for $25.00. XP Pro was around $50.00, and my favourite thing, AOEII was free. Oh yea same with Mcafee Enterprise(free).
Huh? he's not building a house he's manufacturing a product that comes in individual units. House is one unit, his applications on CD/Download are many. By your logic, if you built a hundred houses in a subdivision, you would sell them all for the same price as one.
Since online is Google's primary domain, they're direct competitors even if Microsoft has scads of other products.
You should tour to MS and see what they offer. Does Google has servers? Does Google has Office suites? Does Google has anything even remotely to do with real world business? Google's primary domain has been online(as you say) for how long? How long compared to MS's primary domain being online.
This should be on one of the ILUVLINUX sites. Imagine getting the software free but having to hire a professional to get the drivers working. Sweet, I remember when I picked up my PC, I turned it on and was working and printing on it 5 minutes. I would have loved to wait for a Linux developer(What is that exactly? who certifies one?)to come and spend hours setting everything just right. When you buy a Mac do you have to have a Mac developer come and set it up for you?
In other words: Haha

There is a problem with spelling and grammer checks in MS Word? Please post a link.
Did you miss the fact that the content of the comment he replied to was "StarOffice"?
Really? What is the colour of my Canadian passport?
Good thing you pointed that out, I was so confused that I couldn't even read it properly.
Unless it's IE then publicize, publicize, publicize.
Because, like you, they don't know the whole story unless they get involved.
"This is actually good news, and I thank Microsoft for driving yet more people to Linux and BSD and other excellent alternatives."
Why? Did people run to Linux and BSD(where is Apple?) when Symantec and Mcafee offered their Security suites?

Mike
You think everyone who's "mentally retarded" should be locked up for life or murdered by the state?
Sit back, take a breath. Point out to me where he said that ^^^. and never, ever speak on my behalf.
"Linux is very much not dead."
I guess that must be true if you say so.
Of course it's still in Beta, what would you expect.
Are you serious?

I hope you do realize you've actually said nothing here.
See I am 9 years old and can act just like you.

And you got the facts to prove that? you say the rest of the computing world, speak for yourself.
Get some sleep you MS hatebot.

Or if it was Firefox you could say the same thing, eh?
Linux would be pretty useless without an office suite.
Why not?
