Should be the "beneficiaries" of such a breakthrough.
Mind you, it all probably means that once more there's a publicly noticeable epic fail. Remember of course that a lot of those science think that around 90% of DNA is just junk.
It also appears that the proponent hasn't really considered that Statistics as an option has a pretty darn low uptake. Why? Apparently because it's harder than Algebra 2 etc, and that it might be a useful requirement or recommended course of study for entry into (relevant) university programs has either not been considered or more likely has been rejected as unnecessary for some reason (rational or not).
Will the universities care if you've done AP CS (either one), or will they still continue to treat high school CS as being irrelevant and just keep on requiring Calculus and Physics?
Despite AP CS being "college level work" it is interesting to note that it's not all that well respected by universities. Some universities like it, others treat it as an irrelevance. The kicker with CS at university is that it's the only major out there that does not require (or even recommend) that prospective students take AP CS or any other flavour of CS at high school. What they want is Calculus and Physics, not CS.
Bangladesh hasn't really passed by Feudalism, and doesn't seem to want to. It seems to be more in the market to go full Islamic theocracy, with no room for any other worldview.
What are the reasons for the quit? Are they going politely because:
a) A stash of cash as gratuity is being offered b) There's no point fighting, and they think going politely increases their chances for a new position c) They are actually going to new/better/better paid jobs d) Giving up on that type of career
It is interesting that the Apple fanbase has increased markedly faster than the possible breeding rate for them. I'd go for clones...
Mind you, then there is the interesting concept that Apple stuff might be actually popular. Something that for some reason people like and want and all that in seemingly increasing numbers.
Ah, the old declare we are right, therefore you all should be locked up and or removed from the face of the Earth position.
Get a grip. Climate Science is in its infancy, and the models change almost as fast as software monkeys can edit, recompile and re-run them. We've only being doing Climate Science in anything like a heavy duty way for 40 odd years and you think we have anything but the most rudimentary and crude idea of how one of the most complex systems on this planet works.
By the way, others of your ilk have already frequently stated that the world + dog is currently in a totally screwed, irreversible death spiral of warming. So, what's the point? Revenge?
Of course not. But in way too many places speaking your mind publicly (if what you say is not liked in some way) can end up with you getting some fairly unpleasant consequences. Good luck with your inalienable rights etc if you choose the wrong time, place and people to express something not liked. Say, Moscow, 1930's, and you tried to tell people that Stalin was essentially a loser, his policies were all wrong, and that he was being duped by Germany.
MIcrosoft is bleeding large amounts of money supporting Surface iterations. Apple, not so much, they deign to make a profit.
Not to say iPad Pro doesn't suck or is marvellous, or merely average, but it is hard to see how Surface is going to even survive, let alone thrive unless Microsoft tosses orders of magnitude more money at Surface than they did/are at XBox. So, stiff competition? Well, it seems like those at Microsoft need to drink a few more shots of hard liquor to steady their nerves while flashing shedloads of money until they get to a point of some form of success or pass out drunk and broke under the table.
They're trying to set a precedent. So, if they succeed, it doesn't matter who you are, what your data etc is, you're screwed. It's an attempted return to such as the Spanish Inquisition, Stalinist Russia or Maoist China.
It being that Microsoft (courtesy of IBM's entry into the market) had essentially locked up both business and home user market.
Given that, what was the likely fate of Apple (and the other PC makers)? Well, going out of business was one, and switching to be (yet another) PC manufacturer was the other. Apple managed to survive by being Apple; partly luck, partly because they had enough Apple fans, and partly because they started doing some things right. Since the advent of the iPod, iPhone, OS/X and everything after they've kind of found their feet and gone on with it.
Apparently Russia, China, India, most of South East Asia, the Middle East except for perhaps Israel and almost all of Africa and South American, not to mention interesting variations of it over Europe, don't really have much of an "inalienable rights" concept established or even practiced. Perhaps you didn't know that because you're American.

Because they built this beastie

One wonders if Microsoft feels the agreements/penalties they were boinked with by the authorities are no longer anything to be concerned about.
That or Windows is now designed and built by chimps (and that's being uncharitable to those of the chimp persuasion).
Well, what would you expect when the zombies have already been claimed as democrats.
I'm sorry, I thought you were talking about the Clintons, or perhaps JFK and no doubt others
By reducing the number of people hitching a ride on the gravy train. Heh
Is it her medical opinion that dope is unsafe at any level? Meth? Cocaine? Etc etc?

To the president that is. That or he liked the whole package, considered it "a job well done."
You might have hit on a problem if Labour had got a higher count of the popular vote than the Tories. That however didn't happen. Look it up.

So, which ecosystem is it where you are not locked into it?

Dang it, you just spilled a lot of bile and hate.

Reason 4 you seem oblivious to.

Oddly enough, when PC's stampeded into business this same argument was often touted - that the employees would be being downgraded to key-clickers.
How I wrote that clearly puts me in line for a public whipping by my aged English teachers :P
