    I think an agreement will be made with most if not all those countries.

    Why would you think that? One side wants a deal, the other does not. Therefore there will not be a deal.

    The one time I have tried a snap was NextCloud on Ubuntu server, and it breaks smb client.
    It seems to be known about but is not going to be fixed, which seems odd.

    1: When the company sells the car to you, why should the data the car generates remain their property?
    2: What market? Auto manufacture and sale is one of the most heavily regulated industries almost everywhere.
    3: Where you reading the European Constitution? Because TFA is about Europe.
    4: If you were talking about the US Constitution, why would Europeans pay any mind to a 230 year old document? It has next to no bearing on the real world in 2018.

    Luckily for Uber the average driver has no idea how much vehicle maintenance actually costs.

    Luckily for the rest of us Uber loses massive amounts of money with no real sign of ever turning a profit, so at some point they will run out of suckers and shut down.
    The summary says Uber Eats had $6 billion in bookings, but how much did they lose on those bookings?
    A quick search tells me they lost $890 million or so in the second quarter of this year.
    Just think about that for a moment. Nearly $1 billion loss in 12 weeks. Amazing.

    You're not wrong about supermarkets in New Zealand, but in my view their biggest advantage is that they are a duopoly and can completely shut Uber out if they choose to (which they might).

    Should it be expected for every householder to buy a domain name so that the web interface of his router, printer, and NAS can be issued a certificate for HTTPS?

    I shivered when I read that. why would you even want your router or NAS web config accessible from outside your LAN?

    If Uber was forced to classify it's drivers as employees, it would likely just shut it's doors and go bankrupt instead of play that game.
