What I am really missing on it is proper MKV support. I have the OS2 Beta on it and I have yet to figure out how to get MKVs to work in the video app. The thing that bugs me as well is it isn't going to have AC3 or DTS support so I still have to dick with the files I want to play on mine. It is handy though and I kind of like the size.
I see you omitted that wonderfully (stupid) power button. I second your wishing for a cheap android tablet. Buddy of mine thought his was stolen out of his car. I said it was more likely misplaced since who would want to steal one. He ended up getting a lenovo android and found the playbook the next day. Needless to say the playbook has been relegated to his 2 year old daughter
The problem is that how much taxpayer's money is going to be wasted getting it accepted and subsequently thrown out? Rather than introducing new laws they should look at what they already have. Hey I respected Layton more after I heard about his incident at a rub and tug.
If there is a reason for anyone in this guys riding not to vote for him the next time, that comment is the best. Terrorists and pedophiles; if you can't come up with a good argument, use those. What a dink.
It's Ottawa: TekSavvy Extreme Cable 24 24Mb/1Mb 300GB $46.95 Guy I know is on it and did a speedtest and got about 60M at one point. The unlimited is now $64
Last place I lived which was near the ikea in Ottawa, the fastest DSL speed I could get from Bell was 1M and this was 3 years ago. What the hell? I had to stick with Rogers (who was giving me 15M at that time.
Mod parent up, it's hard to provide informed consent without actually being informed. Also the GP mentioned details being omitted that are not pertinent to the visit. My opinion is that I will decide what is needed and what isn't.
There is tools in the Administration Toolkit that gives a friendly gui for most functionality on servers (i.e. Computer Management, Enterprise Manager for SQL, ADUC and Exchange Snapin for Domain accounts) and a CLI tool which vbscript and Powershell provide. Powershell especially is now being pushed by MS. Rarely do I ever have to log onto a server console.
They found a better way of getting IIS out there, essentially you need it for any of their server functionality especially as a Distribution Point in SMS/SCCM to use BITS.
Well according to the screenshot from http://speedtest.net/, he got 60. But I could see that it would be a short burst. They need to use a bigger package for testing.
Guy I work with just moved to Teksavvy and bought a Docsys 3 modem. He did a speed test last week before he left for work and was getting 60M down which is far and above the 30M he pays fo.
Good luck with that, easier to get Americans to stop shopping at Walmart and spend couple hundred on a DVD player built in the US than something for $50 built in China
My dad picked up a BB gun last year and I will say the thing is heavier than his 60 year old.22. When most people think air rifle they think of the old red riders where you would have to pump it 10 times and you would be lucky to get it to go 20 feet. The air rifles today are wickedly more dangerous and really need to be respected
Or even better, don't leave anything in your car. If you find that you are being inconvienced by the lack of a trunk then obviously you are driving the wrong vehicle. If you aren't then stop whining about it and leave nothing in it.

Which pretty much points out that helmets are useless and the govt shouldn't intervene where it isn't wanted.

I wonder if this change in view is because of the influx of non-Albertans for oil jobs. I hear Fort McMurray is the biggest city in Newfoundland.

If it was Betamax it would more likely be episode of MASH than Seinfeld.

Then the onus is on the software developer to take that into account, it's not MS' fault.

I'm not worried, if the Mayans couldn't forcast their demise how can they forcast the end of the world.
if jihadis really wanted to cause terror blow themselves up in security lines. Forget the planes, they could take out passengers and the TSA
let alone the fact that there is only one entry point into Israel via air. you want to see people bitch about delays during flights...

Except that patch is for v1. You need to be running v2 to be able to use Dingleberry. Chances are there is a corresponding patch for 2 as well.
How do you load software without using the App Store? I didn't know you could do that.
