So, when i watch a movie i have to turn up the volume to understand what the actors say against a background of all sorts of sounds or background music etc. you have in a movie or tv show. When the commercial starts the (already high) volume goes over the level that is starting the neighbors to complain. For me, personal, this is a good bill.
