    I have tried thunderbird on windows but to me, other than it's free, i dont like it, i like to be able to use word as an editor, and there is so much more features in Outlook.

    One other thing that annoyed me (maybe that was a setup i did not find) was that when you answered the e-mail it worked like MAC the answer was at the bottom so you had to scroll down to read the answer,,,very very annoying.

    But again my sister and my brother in law both use MAC and their answers always show at the bottom of the e-mail never on top, so i guess it might be something that's just missing.

    Resilient maybe but in the long run we would probably be stocky and small with huge muscle but small limbs to limit the effect of the gravity, on the plus side if the inhabitants of that planet travels back to earth, they would be a hell of a lot stronger than the strongest human being due to lower grav.

    kind of like small superhuman without laser or see through vision that is.

    Ok we have fake meat in Mcdonalds, now fake chocolate posing as chocolate.

    I cry for you guys who have their taste buds pounded by food substitute. I went to Disney recently and all food that i hate over there tasted the same, you cant even tell there is cheese and bacon in your hamburgers.

    You must go crazy when get out of your country and realize that you havent lost your taste but were robbed of it by your food industry

    Heu!!!! how can you say that they are proactive if the patches fixes issue that are already there and they know about it.

    proactive is seeing for potential threat in the future and taking steps to correct them before they happen

    There are no more proactive than any other company when it comes to bugs and patches.

    Uh Oh! i hope your not from the U.S because if so, you guys elected the most undemocratic fool named BUSH, who passed laws to give himself more power to delve into private data from it's own citizen to catch anyone sayinf bad things about them.
    That same country is also trying to change commerce law in every country so it can have the best deal.

    Nothing coming from the U.S. is an exemple.

    the problem is not the law, the problem is whoever is behind trying to apply the law and judging what's good or bad.

    Zealots will try to ban anything and everything and others will render it useless by approving everything. the flaw is not the law but the human race that interprets the law.

    Same thing should apply to wireless communication.

    you cant say "well the door was open so i went in and ate, not my fault they left their door opened" Sounds dumb but it's the same with wireless, people dont think it is but YA!!! it's not because people cant see you invading that it's legal.

    Well you can always create your own website and surf in it and do and say whatever you want to yourself and post videos .

    In the beginning people were awed by the internet(let's say around 1990 for the WWW) so they were not thinking about bitching and piracy and such, nowadays it's become just another tool for the younger generation and it's not sacred anymore, anything goes from the supreme good to the most vile stuff, why must we have the vile stuff that actually amounts to nothing good

    Too many bad things are there and even though you want to protect FREEDOM at any cost whatever is being done in the name of freedom of speech is your business but as adults and responsible government, it's their duty to protect the innocent or legally underage kids from harming each other.

    If you believe in ying and yang then we need a balance somewhere but balance comes with understanding and teaching which at the present moment nonexistent.

    People must be held responsible at any cost for their actions being good or bad and that includes the internet as well.

    Again you can always look into a mirror and bitch, but i'm guessing it wont make you feel more FREE, it will only make you look rather stuupid.

    Then explain to me in a couple of word WHY cookies are so important and releveant other than tracking or making a website recognize me?

    Tell me why i should be subjected to view a website and that website dumping content on my computer, because programmers cant circumvent the issue?

    I'm not a programmer, for sure, but i cant imagine that COOKIES are needed as core crucial element of the web.

    Of course, deployment must be done after all APPS have been tested out, but i'm thinking that some companies may run into problems if they are still using 16 bit apps. i know we would.

    But still i think my main concern is the hardware, but we would go with the version that has not the aerio feature for ebtetr performance

    I did not know i had to live in a commune while surfing the web.

    People should boycott all websites that needs cookies in order to display information, the fact that a website absolutely needs cookie should, in itself be illegal, we , as consumers should have the right to block cookies and not be subjected to a warning "This requires cookies".

    Yeah sure, there is the option to block all cookies but it also blocks you from a lot of websites, you can also clear the cache and delete all cookies after ending a browser session but the point is to not have to be subject while surfing.

    let's see how they fare if a large group of people start surfing elsewhere where FREE and ANONYMOUSLY means something.

    I think Microsoft will face a hell of lot more lawsuits this time because Vista aint ready to be deployed in a large company environment, not at least before one service pack or they make it more compliant with more software

    Machine Hardware arent up to the task and forcing companies to upgrade to a new system that will probably make some home application crash is down right stupid and should be illegal.

    ir depends if you include updates (windows)

    For me at my job setting up a machine goes around 2 to 3 hours but that includes all updates, MS Office plus all updates ,i have french version so it's a couple more updates, then all software.

    adobe acrobat
    winzip
    erp software needs two consecutive reboots because of service pack.
    then profile setup
    Office tweaks ans outlook tweaks.
    Xp tweaks to make it look and fell like W2k.

    It all depends i gues on how far you want to go to get a better experience.

    If it's just my com^puter at home i would say two days if i had to reinstall every game and software i have
