    You guys should start using standard acronyms for titles. SD doesn't stands for Standard Definition but for Secure Digital, which makes people who use them almost daily think people is confusing High Definition TV with memory cards.

    This could be serious if he taked as reference people that works on OpenSource and collaborate. Most of them are students so they even don't take on the economic crisis since students are always a growing population. Most of them are doing nothing so they got into OSS as a consequence and if there's less money then there's less job then there's more people doing nothing.

    And yes, my justification is as poor as he justification so both got self-eliminated, but, you cannot say something is gonna get eliminated when is an obvious step to take when money is not high: use free stuff, then they have to collaborate in one or another way and OSS get bigger.

    It counts when you ask fees for the copyright because then it does have a cost but since he gives it for free there's no fee that could be taxable.

    If that's the case, that the work was made at laboral hours then your work was made to the company (that's what they pay you for) so you have nothing to refuse, that's property of the company, not yours, that's why they are paying you for.

    Murder is more than a moral thing, specially when things like theft and rape includes (as well as murder) the brake of another individual liberties. So, the laws doesn't legislate morality in that case but the "let me live, I will not annoy you!" or "laissez faire". So sorry, but you're wrong.

    BTW, theft is against private property and without property an individual can't make gains on things.

    Well, according to what I understand they should not work for computation because of their (lack of) support for floating points, that's why this history just covers the tomography because is graphics but I doubt could get to bet a normal architecture with support for floating point in computation.

    It's plain propaganda... Remember that there's people in China attacking CNN by the position they took about the Olympics and this is obviously a way to punch back from CNN... Not that I'm pro-China but is obvious the intentions of CNN.
