    The 3DS had almost no good launch titles and still suffers from a lack of first party nintendo games, no one wants to buy a console that doesn't have a decent game library. Additionally most people are probably waiting for the inevitable 3DS light or 3DSi upgrade version coming in another year or two that promises improved and additional features at the same price as the original 3DS.

    When they just announced they're not releasing Xenoblade Chronicles, The Last Story, and Pandora’s Tower in North America. And those are just the latest games we're missing out on, what about Pikmin 2, Fatal Frame and other titles missing from the wii lineup.

    They have Star Trek TNG, Doctor Who, X Files. Syfy is a lost cause but maybe we can encourage other channels to show more sci-fi.

    That's too bad, I never encountered any bugs in the game, on PS2. I actually thought it was a pretty good game, the fighting looked much better/more complex then it actually was, you could do some cool stunts, and the game had an actual story which contributed to the plot of the movie.

    Gvim is pretty good, it might still be too lean for what you are asking for, I would say it's more an intermediary step between vim and a big gui ide.

    This game has come a long way since I saw a demo version in my AI class at UCF, the techniques have a lot of potential to be utilized in other video games as well for dynamic content creation. The NEAT algorithm (NeuroEvolution of Augmenting Topologies is really cool too, in fact I believe it's open source and can be found at Professor Ken Stanley's UCF website.

    Remember those viruses that would hold your hard drive hostage unless you paid a fee online. Microsoft got in on the ground level.

    I would recommend AI Techniques for Game Programming by Matt Buckland. Yes it has Game in the title but the examples from the book aren't just for games. It covers simple evolving neural networks as well as pattern recognition, with explanations to understand the concepts as well as implement them in c++. Good luck!

    I had a bunch of spider eggs in a jar when I was younger, after they hatched they kept getting smaller in number without leaving anything behind. You could definitely tell which spiders were eating the others since they were about twice their previous size.

    My dad's been working on converting a Dodge Ram, one of the little ones that had a Mitsubishi engine, however this project has gone on for over 10 years. He started it for the exact same reasons but the time just isn't there.

    I never realized the severity of these articles until a couple months ago my boss noticed someone from a Chinese i.p. trying to get root access to our Linux server. Fortunately they didn't get in but it did make these articles a lot more real for me, we're just a small software company and even we were targeted.
