ESPN is working through these issues as we speak. (See the last section - "The premium-vs.-public debate") Except, they're trying to decide for which content they should charge.
For instance, on the planet Earth, man had always assumed that he was more intelligent than dolphins because he had achieved so much - the wheel, New York, wars and so on - whilst all the dolphins had ever done was muck about in the water having a good time. But conversely, the dolphins had always believed that they were far more intelligent than man - for precisely the same reasons.
I haven't read the order or anything, but it'd be outright insane if the judge didn't order that the source code not be used for anything but looking for patent violations.
As far as your wireless card goes, to my understanding, Linux would have to know what to do with it before it could virtualize it for Windows, so I think you're out of luck there.
I would bet you could get your webcam and mic working (mic for sure), though.
So, I know VMware Player is a gimped version of Workstation. Where does VMware Server fall in line here? Their website lists it under a semi-separate product category ("For 1st-time Users"), but what functionality does this not have that Workstation does?
These aren't the skimpy-type of swimsuits we're talking about. You pick up the supercomputing swimsuit edition magazine and you're going to see many a muscle-bound man and fully-covered muscle-bound women. I doubt a geekette in that get-up would be nearly as exciting as you hope.
Call me a n00b or whatever you wish, but are you serious? MySpace has been around since 1999?
If so, I'm sure it hasn't always existed as it is now, but that means we could've killed it before it took off, back when Internet attacks were easier and security wasn't the main concern. But then, hindsight is always 20/20.
Consider the source. Reviewing its history, I somehow doubt that Windows code is in any way "bug-free" or "easily maintainable"...
Not only that.
Windows code "is not camera friendly". It doesn't "own a toothbrush" or "let its scabs heal". It is not "easy on the eyes". It doesn't "wipe properly". It's not "hygenic". It doesn't make "eye contact". When it sleeps, it "sweats profusely". It doesn't "clean the area between its crotch and legs"...

Holy triple-negative!
If a judge struck down the Copa Mundial, I'd throw a fit.
A Supercard is $60+, while the Homebrew Cart comes in under $40. I'd say it's a better deal.
"immersive games for people who don't consider themselves gamers" doesn't describe PS3 games. That describes the Wii mentality.
When the title on the Warcraft game box says Warcraft: Orcs & Humans.
Is the backslash a new feature or has there just not been enough news recently?
I guess everyone needs the chance to chime in a second time.

Or, just use BugMeNot for an NYT login (or get Firefox and the BugMeNot Extension).

It's me, Ricky Martin! Come on! Come on!
In my lap is a hot laptop. It's Hot, Hot, Hot; Watch! ... YEOW! Hot, Hot, Hot!
So the answer is Hot, Hot, Hot, or cold. Hot, Hot, Hot, or cold. Come on!
