Oh, and what's so wrong with writing it down and putting the paper in your wallet? You keep your credit card in there. And i'm sure that you probably wouldn't want that stolen either.
Even if that paper got stolen stolen with the wallet,so what?
Who would know if its a password (assuming its just a long sentence);Even if they knew if it was a password, where would they go try it?

One of the guys who received that mail should have followed it up with a mail to everyone@radioshack : "Pls ignore the previous mail.It was a prank mail by someone."
Tetrahymena are non-pathogenic free-living ciliate protozoa. They are common in fresh-water. Tetrahymena species used as model organisms in biomedical researches are T. thermophila and T. pyriformis.
How do you create a market for a product, and make money of a product that has a huge initial creative investment, but then no manufacturing cost, and is in infinite supply?"
IMO,you set a target profit amount for the product & once that is achieved, the company should not worry about the no. of copies that has been made.
I think FairUse4WM is not a baddie exactly - It still needs the original license to remove the DRM.
The guys who managed to crack the DRM,could have easily made it possible to unDRM thr content that you do not own too.
But seriously, if you've bought something with Windows DRM, you could spent a few minutes searching around on Bittorrent and download a DRM-free version of it.
Good Idea - but it breaks the logic of not downloading illegal content to avoid getting a Notice from RIAA.
Do they know

While it may not have encouraged child abuse, America's Funniest Home Videos did encourage child exploitation.
I have wondered how many parents know that their teenage kids are dancing in front of the camera for youtube's global audience.
According to the US government's own statistics [washingtonpost.com], fewer than 2,000 people were killed WORLDWIDE in 2004 by terrorists. Even if you add in the thousands of people killed on 9/11, you're still talking about 10,000 people, tops. Compare that to the number of people killed each year in car crashes (38,000 US fatalities in 2004 [dot.gov]), malaria (1,000,000 to 3,000,000 per year worldwide, mostly in Africa [wikipedia.org]), or heart disease (276 out of ever 100,000 people in the US in 1996, or 22,800 in New York City alone [disastercenter.com]). In fact, if the statistics are right, more people are hit by lightning each year (1 person out of every 600,000 per year, or 10,000 worldwide) than are killed by terrorists.
I too use Zone alarm. Recently installed SP2 on XP,and something seems to be downloading inspite of having scheduled Automatic updates to run someother time. Iam pretty sure that the s/w thats downloading content from the net is Win sutoUpdate - mainly because this problem wasnt there before SP2 was installed.
And...ZoneAlarm couldnt help me figure it out & block that software.
Any suggestion on which s/w to use to see which process is actually doing the downloading part?
..that they are not planning a mandatory video as well.
