That's the main reason I don't read review sites.
I don't understand how anyone can believe that a gaming experience can be quantified to a percentile.
Incorrect.
Everyone expects it to bomb.
You're not alone in your opinion. Everyone expresses that they believe the game will suck, therefore, it won't take all that much to live up to the expectations.
Or perhaps it is, but not everything on this site would interest a nerd like you?
News for Nerds. Nerds is a very broad term, and not everyone is going to have the same tastes in articles.
Just pass on by the ones you don't want to read.

If I were British I would be considerably more afraid of my government than any terrorist.
Believe me. I am. And when we raise our concerns, they ignore us and do what they want anyway. Learn this, we are no longer a democracy (rule of the majority), we're a totalitarianistic state. The vote is just something they 'allow' us to have because it appeases the masses. And please don't mod this down unless you actually live in the UK. I WISH this were a flamebait or a troll. I really do.

Comment might have been funnier if you'd have said 'blood of a virgin', but with this being Slashdot, i can imagine that would strike a little too close to home for most:)

There is a means to petition the Prime Minister.
I don't know how effective it actually is, I've signed a few myself in the past, and one or two of them have made headlines.
However, I don't even know if the bugger even reads any of them, or even gets to hear about any of them, but it is another outlet for your voice.
Personally, I'm actually looking for work overseas, because I've lost all love for my homeland, this legislation is looking to be the final straw and I hate feeling like this.
But my point was that no everything negative to about the Chinese government is filtered, they can't hit it all, so by towing the line to an extent, they're allowing millions of citizens access to information which may shed some light on the actions of their own government. If they're Firewalled, then those citizens see nothing.
I personally don't like the filtering, I was merely trying to speak from a Devil's Advocate position.
Part of me is angered by this. A search engines job is to list sites for search. Nothing more. It's not their job to decide what sites I shouldn't have access to, that's mine (and possibly some major ISP's heh).
Another part realises that if they don't do what China says, the firewall blocks access to their search engine and harms millions of Chinese citizens.
When you've got two demons on either side of you, and no other way to go, how can you not do evil?
Does that mean that if passed, then the RIAA can't use my personal data 'IP' to sue me?
TFA was a little short on details of the reprecushions of this.
and I wonder what a library will become in the future, anyway If Mars University has taught us anything, then the Library of the future will contain two discs, Fiction and Non-fiction.
Why is this post modded as flamebait when in all the other threads about this subject, such a comment would be a minimum +4 funny?
Someone needs a sense of humour perhaps?
All i'm reading here is: We need to update to a properly working fiber optic system but instead we're gonna use it to stop net neutrality.
Or am I mistaken?
I really hope I'm not the only one that doesn't believe it's too smart a move for anyone to store all their data in a place that they can't physically access.
...essentially they're saying that their business strategy is no longer profitable due to advancements in technology and human ingenuity.
Aww.. Diddums.
