Rubbish, those site will continue doing business for a long time, while there potential for profit is almost certainly being over hyped there is obviously a huge market for the services they provide.
Youtube will always show copyrighted material even if its just the stuff that media companies use to hype new shows. There is also an emerging video download market which they could tap into and of course marketing.
Myspace is used by a huge amount of people to keep in touch with there friends and find out about new bands and such. They already make money from adverts but they could start selling music and concert tickets online. Also there a massive market for targeted marketing which they could embrace so companies could advertise to people who are very interested in there products.
Wikipeida is a donation based service which is very cheap to run.
I use a limited XP account and I know as a base user, I can't install any program I use including office 2003, visual C++, FireFox or Half life 2 or any program. Without being an administrator I can't update windows or my firewall/virus scan or any other program and I can't use Half life 2 because of Steam.
That's because they've got money falling out of every orifice. The average wage is something like $300K. They buy loads of great army type stuff insist that everyone has to spend a little while in there army defending there country, while refusing to go to war with anyone.

While reading a article about microsoft's security problems every time I glanced else where on the page what did I see, why adverts for Microsoft security.
Why does one have to be better? I have a fairly powerful PC and an X box which I intend to upgrade with a 360 sometime soon.
I find that some games are bettered played on the PC mostly fps's, rts's and rpgs while other genres are better on the console such as third person games, racing games and anything even mildly arcady.
I bought a 1 gig creative zen the other day and looking through the price listings it seemed that there wasn't much difference in prices from Creative to Apple. The 30 gig video I pod was £177 while the 30 gig Creative Zen vison m was £179.98 making apple cheaper at the high end at least on one UK based web site.
Although the 1gb Creative Zen V 1GB was £64.99 and the Apple 1GB Nano was £99.99. So there is a bit of a large gap in the cheap end.

I can't understand why anyone would pawn anything. I live in England and walk past a pawn shop everyday and there is a sign advertising there 102% APR loan rate. Although I guess you only really use it for short term funds.
Well to me at least. I hate the idea that companies go out of there way to find out as much as possible about me, so they can advertise better to me. Every time I get an e mail from Amazon saying "40% of people who bought x also bought y. Have you considered buying Y?" I shudder, I'm sorry Amazon I'm perfectly good at deciding what I want to buy and only use twice myself.
I think if a company started up that only kept the minimum about of information possible on it's customers I would use it. I know I probably sound like one of the tin foil brigade but I think that I should be entitled to my privacy.
Also (completely off topic) I get really bothered by the amount of training customer services reps are given, they always smile and seem friendly and engaging but it always feels bitter knowing that there trained to be like that, it's not who they really are.
Yes but upgrading the hard drive is possible. Although I'm not sure how easy that is, being as how I don't own a 360. If they allowed any sata hard drive to be attached to the 360 we could see 750 gig hard drives which leaves plenty of space for game disks. Although I doubt many developers would use it, what with the whole piracy thing.
Under that kind of condition the relative disk sizes wouldn't be an issue.
Couldn't they allow people who with the hard drives copy the disk onto there box with a process like Demon tools. Which would require the first disk on the set to verifying your not pirating the game.
That or make an install client on the first disk which you have the choice to use, so you can still play the game without installing the game.
Couldn't MS just make games installable. It already got a fairly large hard drive which is upgradable surly you could simply stick a couple of game disk on the hard drive.
Maybe there making there making the console extensive enough to go in to profit with just half a million console sales and a launch title.
Well we did know it was going to be expensive.
The question should be what is this delay going to do for Wii/ Xbox 360? If one of those can get a foot hold in the next-gen market before the PS3 is launched it could really cause problems for Sony.

according to the Microsoft documentation it means that either your RAM is bust or not compatible with Windows XP. But it could be wrong.

Any fps really. Mouse and keyboard is far easier to use than a controller also Oblivion or any elder scrolls game.
