    Oh you implanted it in your hand that's uhhh neat? It's still $20 a swipe tho. *beep* Oh it worked how about that have a nice day sir.

    So either after implanting it it didn't work either because something broke or they need other information from the card (maybe that particular reader required a magnetic strip?)
    Or maybe they just happen to be jerks.

    Well IIUC this is related to the satellite spectrum that tmobile requested the fcc quickly auction off before the two new LEO constellations go into operation.

    During the prohibition you only had to have money.
    Today you have to have money, an ID and be of a certain age to buy it.

    Why would the drugs be any different?

    Gun manufacturers and dealers love the threat of a ban it's great for business as long as people are afraid that they may be about to lose their ability to have a gun they buy them like hotcakes but when people aren't thinking that they are much harder to sell.

    So they have to keep everyone on this razors edge of they might ban them without letting things ever go so far for it to actually happen.

    A cookie setting is not an opt out when you have an account.
    There should be a way to turn it off so it stays off everywhere you are logged in.

    Am I the only one that just pays around them?
    I put $5 in an account a year ago i've let it solve thousands of captchas and i've still got $2.45 left.

  8. People keep linking to stuff on facebook and then you click it and you have to login to facebook to see it.

    They banned my account and I don't want another I didn't want the first one but there was no other way to login to a companies support forums.

    Ban reason? Their real names policy I would have had to verify my name was really IKATE FACEBORK to get my account back.

    DC is actually much better for long distance transmission at high voltage but they didn't have the tech at the time to do the voltage conversion but AC was easily converted with transformers so it won out.

    Everything else I get but why is music cheaper there?
    AFAIK everywhere else streaming music services are more costly than streaming video services.

    From my understanding that's because to have a music service you have to have pretty much everything under the sun to keep subscribers so while the content costs considerably less you have to buy a ton more of it.

    What makes it different there?

    Amazon is a large volume shipper so they get a few perks.
    They aren't the only ones who are able to get perks though like for example if you buy your postage through ebay you get something of a 10-20% discount on usps postage.
    As it so happens ebay also happens to be a large volume shipper so they and those who sell there are able to take advantage of their volume discounts.

    Like most things you get a better deal if you buy in bulk.
    This is true with water, electric, food, toilet paper, healthcare and so on. I think it's also true of shipping services.

    Still sounds like bs to me lithium batteries are very good at providing amps up until they run dead so it seems to me that their battery meter just needs to recalibrate. So 1% battery actually means 1% instead of 30% meaning 1%.

    The older IOS versions could handle this as their batteries degraded did they just forget how to do that?

    Also IIRC they implemented a low power mode years ago that would lower the processor speed at 10% and below but nothing directly related to the battery capacity.

    Trump may be but I'm not seeing the gaslighting part much on him he seems to be very confident in his lies and I've been astounded at how far the rest of the govt will go to justify what he has said only for him to say a few days later no I meant what I said, repeatedly discrediting the people who are there to support him.

    Yes that or at least the parts you quoted was a good speech.

    I didn't pay any attention to the primaries as I don't see any point in keeping track of decisions I have no voice in.

    It doesn't help that we have a history of screwing with other gov'ts in subtle and not so subtle ways.

    While I don't think we are or were planning to influence their elections it would not be a great stretch.

    So yes it is going to work.

    I just wrote the comment I didn't mod it.

    My point was all of a sudden Russia is implying that we are or we intend on messing with their elections. Yet they have no evidence of this but there is some evidence that they were influencing ours and tons of evidence that they are manipulating their own.

    So now they are gaslighting and acting like they are the victim.

    Many online games were double pay the sims online was one of them originally.

    You had to pay for the game itself and then a monthly fee for service.

    Since the servers have since shut down I no longer have any way to use the software I paid for.

    A person can see whats going on and make recommendations a chat bot isn't going to be able to do that.

    I don't think its as much about them caring as them actually being able to help in situations where required.

    I jumped to chrome when it was released because it was much faster at the time. At the time it meant giving up a lot of things that I used all the time like adblocking and a lot of site compatibility.

    Then there was firefox's memory leaks.

    Stuff worked with firefox not so much with chrome.

    Today there's not nearly as much of a difference in speed but there's not really much reason for me to switch back either I don't like what firefox has become but I still miss a few of the addons.

    At least twice.
    They have a cap on their fiber and DSL service but it isn't public they just let you know when you hit it.
    They also have a limit on their grandfathered unlimited cellular data plans but have never informed their customers of what that limit is they just let you know with a termination letter if you go over.
