  3. One of them lives not far from my home. on The Outing of Pranknet · · Score: 1

I have one of these pricknets that live by me. I've been tempted to do something rash but not yet. Here's the local article. http://www.dailysentinel.com/news/content/news/stories/2009/08/06/luf_prankster.html He's actually named in the "smoking gun" article.

  4. Teleworking works... on AT&T Calls Telecommuters Back To the Cubicle · · Score: 1

People are generally more productive when working from home. Less breaks, more on task, etc etc. Granted they have less face time at the office but this generally works out in favor of both the company and individual. Yes, I do telework about 85% of the time and I know a few people at AT&T that do and will probably continue to do so; as a consultant or otherwise. For all you naysayers...if it doesn't work for you then don't do it but don't harp on the people that it helps over the course of their tenure at said company.

I hear ya on your assessment. I haven't quite finished it yet since its violent enough not to play in front of my children. I do hope that FallOut 3 follows a similar path.

  7. Houston is hot as Hades on Batteries the Focus of AT&T Investigation · · Score: 1

Another item of mention is the heat build up of that area. To quote Matthew Broderick...."It Africa Hot, Tarzan couldn't take this kinda heat." I live just North of Houston and it's unbearable in the late summer months.

  8. Re:Fuckin' A on 360 Back-Compat Updated Again · · Score: 1

I know...I've had this game for awhile now after jumping the gun and buying for my 360 almost a year ago. I was pissed as a one-legged man in an ass-kicking contest I went and bought the PC version. Now its all good.

  9. Other Guitar Lessons & Tab on RIAA Forces YouTube to Remove Free Guitar Lessons · · Score: 1

I guess this wouldn't apply to George Lynch since he probably wrote most of the music and supplies tab & lessons on his site but there are also some on UTube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8BrAi59zkDM And yes...DOKKEN STILL ROCKS!

  10. Voice-overs on Fallout 3 Facts That Could Save Your Life · · Score: 1

This is really a shame. At least MS could have let them finish and then buy it from them at a minimal cost. If they didn't like it they would have shelved it or released it on live.

  16. Elderly Gaming & DDR on Gaming When We're 64 · · Score: 1

Hopefully these will become tools for the elderly to help hand & eye coordination & keeping the ol' breadbasket in shape. Don't you want to be able to drive yourselves rather than public transit or relying on the slightly younger generation for a ride. If there aren't some sort of memory enhancers by then I don't see why gaming can't prove to be an alternative. Besides...I'm over half-way there. Here is to looking to the future. May your thumbs be red from the blood in your veins!
