Well, exactly that.. a star or something zipping along faster than light?. Or a flashing in one sector of the galaxy that appears in sync or coordinated with something happening light years from it. There are many possibilities.
Why not build in accident avoidance features? Make it impossible to run a red light or blow past a stop sign. That alone and nothing else would prevent 1/3 of traffic accident deaths.
We are not running out of anything on Earth except maybe intelligence. I doubt youâ(TM)ll find much of that on the Moon, though bringing back few rocks might significantly improve the average IQ of the planet.
Cars are going electric, within the next 20 years. Tesla alone made that possible. Now it may have happened anyway, but it was certainly sped up by Tesla. The same way the iPhone sped up smartphones. SpaceX pioneered reusable rockets, the same way. The hatred towards Elon is despicable, he has mainly done good things.
Ahh the classic âoehow do you reverse a string?â question. A better interview question is, what are some occasions in which you may need to reverse a string?
Anyway, my favorite interview question is when one of my colleagues, actually friend, but all-round jerk, upon seeing he had a math degree, asked an interviewee to âoeprove that pi is irrationalâ (for a job that didnâ(TM)t require much math), handed him a marker and left the room saying heâ(TM)ll be back.
Anyway, the interviewee managed the task.. but then refused the job offer. So I guess itâ(TM)s a way of weeding out candidates who donâ(TM)t have a sense of humor.
* To clarify, I didn't mean everyone on twitter. Obviously. ** Update: I wasn't referring to any specific individuals or twitter workers. I meant that twitter as the service is currently provided has non-salient aspects but not due to any specific persons. *** Note: I was talking about Twitter brand Vaccuum cleaners which are sold in Morocco. **** OK I lied.
Why not RISC V, do companies really want to pay ARM forever? It's like, do you want to keep paying for a cloud subscription to software? Hmm.. I guess in Adobe's case they are cool with it.
I didnt say to regulate anything! I would want no regulation. I am talking about messaging being interoperable, the same way different vendors sell HDMI cables. HDMI.org isnâ(TM)t run by any government. Unlike HDMI which is just a standard, central servers are needed for an efficent messaging service (the current decentralized models have various issues).
I don't see why facebook would be opposed to this btw. They can make money on the client installations. The only reason they would oppose this is if they felt they wont be able to make awesome front-end clients.
1. All the central messenger servers be placed under the rotating (5 year?) control of a non-profit organization such as Mozilla, Apache, or Wikipedia.
2. All protocols utilize end-to-end encryption.
3. Protocol must be published as an open standard.
Users can be free to use any (well behaved) third-party client to connect to those services. The producers of those clients will be strongly encouraged (not to mention incentivized to donate to the organization that is running the central server).
Also in that issue of Science Advances, Alzheimerâ(TM)s is caused by bacteria in your teeth. Yes, caused by. Not kidding, the bacteria releases cytotoxic vesicles that fragment the neural tau proteins.

Weâ(TM)ve been staring at space and the stars for a while now and have seen no evidence of superluminal travel.
This could be the year..
Amazon shareholders pay taxes on their investment gains when they cash out. What is the problem?
Movies are fiction, only a fool would learn from them. Use logical extrapolation not movies.

How about a magnet shaped donut instead. That ought to have some uses. Before I eat it.
Really? Then provide yours.
What? I'd say their biggest breakthrough is finding that 94% = 100%.
I, for one, proclaim that their decision to call it a lethality system has allayed my fears.
We are not running out of anything on Earth except maybe intelligence. I doubt youâ(TM)ll find much of that on the Moon, though bringing back few rocks might significantly improve the average IQ of the planet.
Cash increases violent crime.

You have to keep paying off everyone that comes up with a cure? That doesnt seem sustainable.
Got proof or concrete examples?
Twitter Sucks!!!

My point is also they should join and contirbute so it happens faster. If they go with ARM they will become dependent on ARM.

Would you rather profit $1 each off a million people and have to deal with all their petty support issues?
Or profit $100 off 10,000?

We should be asking that
1. All the central messenger servers be placed under the rotating (5 year?) control of a non-profit organization such as Mozilla, Apache, or Wikipedia.

LOL seriously? Out of those only Brainfuck is difficult. And I have never seen anyone use it for anything serious.
Nobody notice the typo in the title? Wtf is Starcarft?
