So even when they fix something, they screw something else up.
it's still Whole Foods at Whole Foods prices. In my case, WF's real selling point are things that either need to be experienced in the real world - like produce or perishables - or aren't available or impractical for delivery like baked goods or their prepared foods. For other things, if I wanted to have them delivered I'd do like my neighbor does and use Peapod or one of the other alternatives at a much lower price point.
I can barely manage to justify going to the new WF in my area as it is. And even at lower prices, commodity goods delivery just doesn't make fiscal sense to me. I have the time, I'm single with no kids and semi retired. And I have grocery stores AND local produce markets within a short drive. I'm guessing that Amazon isn't seeing me as a potential customer, but it looks like there are more like me out there than they planned on.
Try asking it to clear your notifications. **EVERY TIME** she will ask you, "Delete all your notifications, right?"
I understand it's to kep noobs from accidentally deleting all their notification but If I have answered "Yes" for a solid year, it really should be smart enough to stop asking. After the 100th plus time, it should have said, "I see you want this to be your default - I won't ask again. If you want to change this, go into settings etc."
This is a simple, localized branch and should be a knock off for the devs. It's constantly talked about in forums and I've submitted at least three requests myself.
Douglas Rain's parts were all done in post because Kubrick, being the perfectionist he was, hadn't yet decided what HAL should sound like. So he had one of the VERY English AD's read the lines. Keir Dullea often tells the story at conventions that throughout the film he felt like he was acting with Michael Caine as the AD sounded just like him.
Kubrick originally cast fellow Bronx native Martin Balsam as the voice of HAL, who had won the best supporting actor Oscar for “A Thousand Clowns.” But he wasn't happy with the results.
Adam Balsam, the actor’s son, told me that “Kubrick had him record it very realistically and humanly, complete with crying during the scene when HAL’s memory is being removed.”
Then the director changed his mind. “We had some difficulty deciding exactly what HAL should sound like, and Marty just sounded a little bit too colloquially American,” Kubrick said in the 1969 interview. Mr. Rain recalls Kubrick telling him, “I’m having trouble with what I’ve got in the can. Would you play the computer?”
Kubrick had heard Mr. Rain’s voice in the 1960 documentary “Universe,” a film he watched at least 95 times, according to the actor. “I think he’s perfect,” Kubrick wrote to a colleague in a letter preserved in the director’s archive. “The voice is neither patronizing, nor is it intimidating, nor is it pompous, overly dramatic or actorish. Despite this, it is interesting.”
In December 1967, Kubrick and Mr. Rain met at a recording studio at the MGM lot in Borehamwood, outside London. The rest is movie history.
Finally, Ring Doorbells and Echo Shows/Spots will work the way they should and pop up the doorbell cam when it is rung instead of me having to ASK IT. The old way really defeats the whole purpose of having a doorbell cam in the first place; deciding whether you want to let the person rigning know you're home or not.
Also Guard looks way interesting as does the improvements to interactivity. Hopefully the updates will extend to making better use of the display interface on the Show and Spot; something Google is already doing better with their new display devices.
XDA has a total of 6.6m users in total. Lets ignore that most of those users are inactive, and that most of them won't be about huawei phones. Lets also assume people buy a phone every 2 years.
That's an enormous amount of assumptions there. Based on?
Not to be a dick, but your comment "because he was sad and wanted attention" is completely dickish.
There's a major difference between 'being sad' and suffering from depression and having a psychotic break, which is what happened to this poor bastard. Despite obviously not thinking clearly, 90% of his flight time was over uninhabited areas and water. That's not to say that there wasn't a risk or that he didn't spend any time of areas where people were, but going out in a blaze of glory and taking people with him was clearly not his intention and if you listen to the actual ATC radio in its entirety, you can hear him say so as well as apologizing to everyone.
I don't think anyone was condoning his behavior, but to say he used "being sad is a legitimate excuse to commit a serious felony and cause a massive public calamity" is not only a dick thing to say, it's misunderstanding the REAL issue at hand, which is the sad fucking state of mental health in this country.

And also not mentioned; this affects Stringify as well.
Which is correct of course, but never going to happen under this administration.
Still not using a bee calculator. Where would you carry it?
Excellent point. Thanks.
There oughta be some kind of term limit in place if you don't actually use a domain for a period of time.

Physical security shouldn't be taken lightly. Keep your hands on your stuff.

Is the sky blue on the planet you live on?

Agreed. Makes me concerned about how he's handling manned spaceflight and worried that he'll push that too fast as well.
With what? We don't have any shuttles anymore and we're some time away from manned missions to space again.
You need to look at Home Assistant. https://home-assistant.io/
Of course they are scared - especially with Roundup; they already had to pay $289 million for the cancer lawsuit.

Kellyanne? Keep telling you there's no cameras in the microwave!!
I think you missed a sarcasm tag.
I upgraded and I can't read it.
.. but this is exactly how Skynet and the Matrix started. And neither of them worked out to well for us.
He must be so overworked!

Wow, absolutely no surprises in that list. Except for maybe that FB only appears twice.
Or a more dickish CTO.
