Re:I'm going to be rich and famous
STAB, dude, STAB. Epic nerd culture reference fail. I hereby condemn you to reading 500 randomly chosen bash.org quotes.
(ref: http://bash.org/?4281).

Re:I'm going to be rich and famous
...after I invent a device that allows you to punch people in the face over the Internet.
I will set up a Foundation JUST to research this possibility. Just let me know if you want the checks made out to CASH.
Nah, I think that Hatful of Hollow is really the one that deserves it.

Re:Well...
If the router is missing, how will you know whether it is actually turned on or if it's still off? Or are they implying that the antanae will be raised? (giggity)
Apparently this isn't the first time something like this has happened:
<BradCoop> hm. I've lost my router.. literally _lost_. it responds to ping, it works completely, I just can't figure out where in my incriminating evidence stash it is.
Next thing you know they'll be questioning if everything was well at home, and the frequency that he put on his robe and wizard hat...

I am very disappoint.
I came to this discussion thread looking for a HatfulOfHollow reference. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Re:Is it too late?
If you honestly think that shrink wrap licenses are valid (or even remotely reasonable), then please enjoy a joke.

Re:Is this a joke?
I don't know why but that reminded me of this quote:
Maybe because I saw it on qdb and now it gets back to my mind every time I hear about wikipedia.

Re:Is this a joke?
I don't know why but that reminded me of this quote:

Re:The Linux "Community" (gack!) can be embarrassi
I'm about to abandon all Linux Distros forever just to avoid being considered a part of such an assholish "community" (gag).
http://bash.org/?277337
This quote is apt. It's also kind of like OSX, which I think does a lot of things well, but their fans...In short, just use whatever you want, other people be damned.

Re:Pretty sure
My username on every other site is hunter2, so it just comes up as asterisks anyway.
I wonder how many caught the reference

Re:Since when?
And thats that. Server set up in 4 easy commands
Tsk. Gentoo only needs 3!

Still pretty prevalent on IRC, though

[ab] HAHAHA DISREGARD THAT, I SUCK COCKS -
Re:Please take responsibility for your life.
Maybe we should stop thinking of this as a problem, but as a solution. As in, "What do we do with all the people who blindly trust whatever 'the gadget' says, and don't employ any critical thought in the process?" Kind of like: this bash comment.

Re:The government is not our father.
The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?
