FBI utilizes all the same surveillance tools as the NSA. They hack phones remotely, using the microphone even when the phone is powered off. Dr. Robert Duncan already covered it in his book. A brain imaging radar system called Electron Spin Resonance, which is being kept out of hospitals because they'd realize how easy it was to read brainwaves using radar. It's a literal issue of the government keeping the technology classified and out of the hands of the public, so they do not discover the ability. Here is secret #1 that has been suppressed by the forces of ignorance in the government. There was a patent that I will keep referring to throughout this book because of the importance of the work. It is published in the appendix. In 1974, Robert Malech, an employee of Dorn & Margolin Inc., a major defense subcontractor in radar design now owned by EDO Corporation an even larger all defense contractor in electronic warfare, invented a fairly simple radar device that could read whole brain electrical activity at a large distance . It has the major advantages of no wires and full brain electrical activity analysis, not just points on the skull surface. He discovered and perfected a way to use some simple electromagnetic oscillations anywhere from 100Mhz to 40 Ghz to read brainwaves by "illuminating" the brain and its electrical conductance then reading the return signal. The imaging method observes the changes of frequency resonances, amplitude, and phase which represent the states of neuron depolarization throughout the brain.

Secret #2. But more profoundly, he discovered that he could influence brain waves if precisely timed with a return training signal. He had no idea that at this moment in history, he had accidentally destroyed democracy as we envision it to be. The military and surveillance community immediately picked up on the patent and within two years had reprogrammed their communications and surveillance satellites and terrestrial phased arrays with the new concepts. The rapid deployment of this technology occurred because it only required software changes in already existing radar, imaging, and communications' terrestrial dishes and satellites. Many additional spy satellites have been launched since to bolster the system. So in 1976, on the bicentennial of this great nation, a system called TAMI was born. TAMI is an acronym for "Thought Amplifier and Mind Interface". A more invasive "Big Brother" technology came about before George Orwell's prediction of 1984.

Secret #3. Stealth RADAR techniques were first recorded by observing the Russian bombardment of the U.S. embassy in Moscow with microwaves. Using high powered steered phased arrays and focused directed energy from two sources next to each other, one can create a nearly undetectable "scalar" wave, or destructive interference at the point of interest. With just a minor energy interaction, the interfering beams bounce back with strong signal to noise ratio to be resolved at the sources again. This allows for any imaging technique to be done from extremely large distances. In effect, it makes distance irrelevant to the detection feature, be it RADAR, MRI, or ESR imaging.

No information, human memory, or communcation can be kept private from these guys. Set ups, black operations, spy games, mind control on the public and deception is all around us. They really don't use your cellphone to track you. They use your unique brain signature, and as you move around (even in buildings/under cover), they can watch you and see where you go. This allows them to track you 24/7 wherever you are, without use of cellphone or other tracking device.

In the militaries TAMI system or "synthetic telepathy," all I have to do is think and the computer takes out and performs a command. Programs know exactly what I want with no learning or correction. I can paint a picture just by visualizing it, and programs and macros end up being the computer doing exactly what you envisioned or thought. The government has this already. All satellites are being used to track:

Heart rate, breathe rate, facial gestures, brain wave/thought content and more FROM space.

And NSAs technology is pretty good at filtering: audio, video, graphics, and textual content from a variety of sources including phone calls, YouTube clips, and conversations in public.

Mood management is done based on all those same principles. Rate and tension of speech, conversation content, facial recognition, .. the monitoring of brain waves allows them to pinpoint emotion, thoughts, and memory on top of this.

Furthermore, polygraph software has been around for ages in the public realm that does all this based on voice analysis alone, which is how they can extract a variety of things from merely analysing voice, including your emotion, thought pattern, and truthfulness/intent.

Apple is seemingly combining technology from numerous other places for apparent use in their operating systems. Which is nothing special, and I wonder if they actually invented any part of this themselves.

They do not even have to install hardware to do this. As Signals Intelligence has the most sophisticated remote sensors at their disposal, including 30+ radar and Electronic Intelligence satellites, they are able to remotely image electrons and emissions from long range. According to the classified TEMPEST standard page on Wikipedia, they can monitor even monitor and wired keyboard signals remotely with no physical access to the persons hardware, software, or cable connections. They can tap any electronic this way, even telephones. Brain wave emissions are another monitorable source of radiation, which a brain computer interface is used to decode thoughts, memory, and nerve impulses.

What you are seeing in the medias coverage of this, is complete lack of coverage of the air wave monitoring systems. And yet, whistleblowers like Russell Tice have disclosed he used these capabilities to target Americans. Already exists. The methods that would be deployed for "killer robots" could be avoided entirely with mind reading technology and AI, that focuses on less violent means to end conflict between people. Mind reading technology first allows conflicts to be identified by monitoring of peoples thoughts, intentions, emotions, and nerve impulses from afar, then, it also allows all parties minds to be examined to find a resolution that will work for peaceful conflict resolution, WITHOUT the need to kill a person.

If a person was however intent on murder or "terrorism," a peaceful capturing and "therapy" regime is first recommended, without need to do assassinate or otherwise hurt them. If a person was uncooperative, damn.. popular opinion might have that person permanently isolated and imprisoned, or if human rights were not respects, killed/terminated.

The problem today, is that the government does have this technology in place, which I have confirmed through an employee at a big US military contractor. I was also a target of psych experimentation and warrantless surveillance with this technology during a major US Department of Justice investigation that started in Oregon in 2006 and is ongoing today. There are numerous patents that go with this technology, and most of it has been possible since the advent of computers and long-range imaging devices like satellites. Today, our government is primaily using it to target civilians and others, .. but government agents are immune from prosecution, and they usually use these systems to commit abuses, rapes, and mind control sabotage. I wish for the system to be used equally to weed out government crime, and not just used to target the public in secrecy. That will ensure true justice equally across the board.

They also are using a skynet like program and AI to analyze every bit of data, thoughts and communications of people, which the NSA is collecting and capable of collecting and has been exposed as doing since at least 2001. It is seriously being done automatically for them. The human operators get the last say in what happens. This has been confirmed by NSA whistleblower Russell Tice in numerous interviews and information leaks, as he says their systems weed through all data and information for them before pumping out the information for the operators to see. He also describes people being targeted with space capability and Signals Intelligence, which would probably include the capturing of brain signals for their BCIs (they refer to this technology as Remote Neural Monitoring/Electronic Brain Link/synthetic telepathy). There is a full patent for reading and decoding these signals so that operators can track things about people without their knowledge or consent, which was filed in 1998.

If it weren't for the convenience of electricity, and the money involved.. we might ban it, because it might actually be responsible for many human and animal illnesses and defects. People in the city who are closest to the strongest of these signals for example have a much higher chance of getting schizophrenia, whereas people in the country do not tend to develop the disorder at such a higher rate. If we could borrow the NSAs Remote Neural Monitoring / Electronic Brain Link system, we could actually observe brain and bodily function in an individual as they were having these experiences. I am thinking the brain tends to lean towards what it knows, when it comes back to life, it tries to make sense of what it just experienced, and whatever is in the persons mind is used to describe it. there is a particular term for this psychotic reaction people have when things come back into place, people who come off of neuroleptics often have it when their neurons begin to function again. I just can't recall the name of that particular theory, but it sure sounds applicable to people and what they experience when they die and return to life and have reports of paranormal experiences. If they were a devout Christian, and didn't have a firm understanding of how the world worked, they might try to describe anything they experienced during death as being similar to what a Christian might expect. it is just the blue prints they use for their experience. they might even wonder if that's what is going to happen when they die, and this in turns gets worked up into any mind processes that are happening during death. effecting any delusions, dreams, and unregulated states of the mind.

I always imagine how awesome this weapon is. It allows any mind to be tapped, monitored digitally, whether it's animals or humans, in any state of existence, subconciousness, consciousness or not. It doesn't have language barriers, and doesn't care how the individual interprets or sees the world. It is truly amazing.
