Re:ENTIRE entire library?
Creimer isn't trolling you. I'm trolling you. And I'm not creimer.
BTW, Creimer is experiencing an uptrend in subscribers and views. That has nothing to do with Slashdot.
-
Re:Is that a typo?
Really? He made 100+ videos in the past year without letting that slow him down.

Re:this is a problem for creimer
https://tech.slashdot.org/comm...
Indeed, this is sad isn't it?
The only views he gets come from people laughing at him. We left several comments on his channel and he deleted them all.
If you look here:
https://socialblade.com/youtub...You will see that the comment count is higher than what's actually on his channel.
When he first launched his channel, we even ran click bots against his channel to artificially inflate his views. We told him about it but he wouldn't believe us until we told him in advance that we would target specific videos with no views.
Before he realized that we were really the ones inflating his views, he regularly came to Slashdot and bragged about how successful he was!
Sad, so sad...
CROFLOL! True enough, while running the clickbots, he also came here all the time to spam his video links because he thought it was efficient. But it was clickbots views, not his spam being efficient.
CROFLOLOLOLOLOLO!
LOL! and, of course, the click bots didn't follow his Amazon spam links on youtube and didn't make him a penny!
But back then, he said success was coming and that soon, creimy the mountain would be rich!
What a brilliant long tail revenue stream!
Sad, so sad...

Took creimer 13 months to get 50 subscribers and he picked up seven subscribers this past weekend. He's "adulting" Bill Mayer for "adulting" Stan Lee in his new video.

Re:Does that include 3D printers?
According to Socialbalde, creimer has 99 videos and 23,471 views. That's 237 views per video. A bit more than "two views per video". Of course, some videos will have way more views and others will have way less views. The only video that has two views came out today.

Re:Why not just introduce another species to eat t
Sure creimer. You still don't believe me so just watch your stat on the pedophile video then! I'll stop between 200 and 300 views and as usual you will get some views discarded afterward but the YouTube algorithm isn't able to catch them all.
The script has been working very fine thank you since you created your YouTube channel bragging everywhere about it!
Why have I done this?
To make you brag on Slashdot even more and become even more annoying that you already are! I knew you would spam Slashdot even more because you would believe that spamming Slashdot was truly efficient !
Before that, I even have done the same with your amazon affiliate spam setting the referrer to Slashdot to make you believe spamming Slashdot with affiliate links was efficient!
CROFLOL you big dummy! Now, I hope you will come to realize the truth: Nobody watches your youtube channel except click-bots and people that just want to make fun of yourself like my buddies and myself!
So, you have wasted your time making all those videos you big dummy, just like I was expecting you to do! You have also wasted your time spamming Slashdot while believing it was efficient.
If anybody wants to watch along:
https://socialblade.com/youtub...The Singing Lizard Children Band @ Mt. View Art is currently at 465 views since a week when I stopped the script. Check tomorrow! It takes a while for the views to be displayed.
CROFLOL! CROFLOL! CROFLOL! CROFLOL!
CROFLOL! CROFLOL! CROFLOL! CROFLOL!

Re:Everything is "discriminatory"
Which brings us back to square one, you intentionally targeted pedobears just to raise your Youtube channel views since your youtube channel is pretty much dead.
Right. It was just a coincidence that you called creimer a pedophile and the views on his channel exploded.

Re:What's there to study?
Thanks Chris!
The creimy-dumpty video now has 500,000,000+ views and our channel now has 13,000,000+ subscribers thanks to your aggressive marketing!
That video made us 1,100,000$+ so far thanks to you again.

Re:If you find any creimer ebooks
You sound bitter sweet tits!
IMHO you are just jealous because creimer got a 6.25% raise in his subscriber count yesterday.
-
Re:What is an electronic weapon?
CROFLOL buddy!
I just checked and you are right; minus 65 views for today so far
:)https://socialblade.com/youtub...
As another poster have said, creimer is incredibly stupid to think that he can fool youtube!

Re: A new twist on term 'open source'
But but but 1200 views, 6 subscribers.
He's going places.
You're trolling but please be accurate. The Slashdot video has 1,192 views since April 1st. The channel has 12,320 views, 41 videos and 16 subscribers. Remember when he had 5K views, seven videos and three subscribers five months ago?

Re:I had sex with cdreimer... APK
Hey creimer! minus 53 views yesterday! Keep on the good work!
Read the FAQ: https://socialblade.com/youtube/help/why-is-my-view-count-negative-or-zero-for-a-day
Negative numbers can also appear when YouTube audits view counts. This happens automatically every once in a while, when YouTube has determined that they made a mistake or a change in their algorithms.
-
Re: And . . .
My god, it is true! Heading for 0 views tomorrow!
-
Re:It is hard to kill a technology.
All your videos view counts go down when youtube algorithn removes the fake views!
SocialBlade has a different story. Creimer's views went up 1,298.5% over the last 30 days based on view data from YouTube.
-
Re:There was one threat that was quite scary
Don't have the balls to mention creimer's name? Figures... His YouTube channel is getting plenty of views since Silicon Valley Comic Con 2018 and his Slashdot video has 800+ views since April 1st.
-
Re:Check out what Slashdot has in store for you
Especially since the first two comments are from fake accounts that were created by the same person who got his covfefe hurt and has been mocking creimer for the past year. He posts the video link with the expectation that we would be horrified that the toothless fat bastard would put his face on YouTube for the world to see. Meanwhile, creimer's YouTube channel is taking off.

Re:Toxic people are damaging to the brand.
The amount you earn from views varies massively. Have a play with this calculator: https://socialblade.com/youtub...
"CPM" is the amount paid per 1000 ad views. The range is huge because some channels attract much better paying ads than others.
What changed over the last couple of years is that high paying brands started being much more selective about the videos they were displayed on.
They started targeting certain channels and certain topics, rather than the more broad categories like "lifestyle" that was basically a dumping ground for everything from make-up tips to political videos. They also started avoiding some content entirely, and YouTube provided them with the tools to do it such as automatic transcription and content detection.
The result is that a lot of channels that were previously doing well because they were "under the radar" and advertisers were not really aware of their content started to lose revenue. Many offset it by pushing viewers towards Patreon, which is often a lot more lucrative anyway.
If you started your own YouTube alternative you would find advertisers make the same demands of you.

His precious metals channel had 859+ views (11% increase) and 7+ new subscribers. The semi-monthly channel has 64 videos and 19,151 views.

His efforts on YouTube don't look like a joke.

Re:FTFY
You did read the link that you posted? A three-year-old article about how YouTube advertising used to work before ISIS, PewDiePie and children caused advertisers to flee YouTube. The message then is still true today: you can't make a living off of YouTube advertising. You need multiple revenue streams to build a business for where YouTube is just one component. Since cdreimer has only 5,649 views (congrats on getting the fifth subscriber today to use Social Blade), his account doesn't qualify for monetization under the new rules (10K views). He's probably going to take what he learned from Slashdot to build a bigger audience on YouTube and push affiliate links to make substantially more money than advertising revenues.

Re:The cycle continues
Step 4: People begin leaving the service in droves as they can no longer do what brought them there in the first place
Really?
Youtube has 1.3 billion users. The handful of drama video posters and their fans aren't even a rounding error. And they can still do "what brought them there in the first place". They just won't get any advertisers.

Here is a list of the top 100 youtube channels. At first glance, it looks like most of them are not using pirated content.
