    Ehrm, on closer thought, I use the ESR version of FF. So the reason that I haven't had to upgrade my theme is possibly because the developers haven't changed/broken my browser's UI.

    How much updating does a theme need, really? It's, like, different icons for the buttons. (I've used my preferred theme for many years and never had to "update" it.)

    So now we wait for some court to declare that "immaterial support" is material support. I mean, they did conclude that "Congress shall make no law ... abridging the freedom of speech" means that congress can make laws abridging the freedom of speech.

    I'm going to need a source here, because https://www.skepticalscience.com/volcanoes-and-global-warming.htm says that volcanoes produce about one percent of the world's CO2 emissions.

    What's the value of the UK government to Google?

    It prevents the Google offices and datacenters from being raided by SWAT teams in the early hours. A very valuable service.

    Until Khan and these other shareducators get the ability to issue actual degrees, this won't matter that much. In many career jobs, you have to have a degree. Just knowing your stuff will only get you so far. (Also, it is easy for HR to see if you have a degree or not. It is hard for them to know if you are any good, but no-one has ever been fired for hiring some-one with a degree. So HR departments will prefer to require degrees.)
