He should have mounted the laser onto a shark's forehead. That way, they can't ever catch who's projecting the graffiti, because it would just swim away.
It reminds me of all those goofs who are so indignantly outraged every Thanksgiving, but never lift a finger to help American Indians on the other 364 days a year. Or even on Thanksgiving, for that matter.
I'm not offended (I'm Indian myself), nor am I one of those ultra-politically correct, don't-want-to-offend-anyone types of people, but it would be more accurate to say Native American instead of American Indian. American Indian can also refer to people of Indian descent who were born in the US, and that can get a bit confusing for people who don't know US history.
As an example, you could very well produce hydrogen very efficiently from sunlight without any fancy tech by simply focusing enough sunlight to raise the temperature to 2500 C, at which point water spontaneously separates into hydrogen and oxygen through thermolysis.
This is why these vapourware stories are so useless.
According to your first point, these stories would be called gasware stories instead of vaporware stories.
It wouldn't be as efficient as freshwater for several reasons:
Saltwater would corrode the piping used to carry it to and from the reactor (though this could probably be avoided if the piping is corrosion-treated.)
Saltwater doesn't cool as fast as freshwater (put a cup of saltwater in the freezer, it doesn't freeze that easily.)
Pfft. I just list all my account details for websites in a CSV file, then upload it to BitTorrent as "18 yr old bj porn xxx strip". That way, I'll always be able to download it.
Actually, I think it would be safe to say it would be the contrary. Wild boars would have knowledge of things like getting food, their surroundings, etc. Domesticated pigs get fed, and their only surroundings are the fencing that they are placed behind.
The truth be known, if the FOSS licenses were held to be unenforceable, then most of the publication, etc. licenses that the record labels, book publishers, etc. live by would also be so- and NOBODY in that space wants that.
If they were unenforceable, the whole concept of copyright would suddenly appear to be a pile of nonsense to all the "intellectual property" zealots like the RIAA, MPAA, etc.
I agree. It will look very hypocritical, ironic, and stupid when certain drugs that could be helpful to humanity (Mescaline, LSD, Cannabis) are banned while the use of harmful drugs like steroids is encouraged.

Light is still a form of polution.
We should arrest those crazy pranksters that placed the Sun in the sky! So... much... pollution...
And the MAFIAA finally stops being assholes, and a Libertarian is elected president, and copyright is abolished... I'm asking for too much.
You must be new here...
Says the user with the higher UID.
I thought the PATRIOT Act got rid of warrants. I guess you're screwed (figuratively and literally.)
And if they tried to crack the password on that drive, and they were unsuccessful, it would only back all the statements that PGP is uncrackable.
The article is from December 2007, and the last action in the case was in January 20008!
I thought only subscribers could read articles before they're posted.
Your mom is calling you up for dinner.
You crazy kids with your fangled cellphones! I'll never leave my payphone!
All I see are Slashdot readers throwing their computers out because they realized DNF wasn't released.

Ha. I just use my Mr. Fusion to generate the needed power, and then sit back and play Duke Nukem Forever all day.
They would also know that in certain cases, a Warrior could destroy a tank.
You forgot the sarcasm tags.
Worse yet, DMHO can be found in the pool itself! This is an outrage.
He's also too lazy to reply.
But it's not hard for people to read stickies under your desk.

Nice. The grammar Nazis will be after your ass for misspelling "chock".

The Mozilla Foundation knows this, as they have an EULA for their binary releases.
