1) Popularity does not always equal quality, but I never claimed it had to be quality. You said it took no talent therefore anyone can do it. 2) I never claimed talking = music. I consider rap to be more akin to poetry. But you will find rap in the music charts, along with many other "artists" a lot of people also consider to not have any talent. 3) You're claiming it takes no talent and with a payout like that why wouldn't you? Before either poetry or rap is spoken aloud they can both be words written on a page. Both can also not be written on a page. The page is just a recording medium. or can poetry not be recorded on a CD and still be considered poetry?
Even if I accept your premise that rap is "bad music", I have heard rap that is very good poetry. It takes a skilled linguist to write good rap as it does to write good poetry and there are good and bad examples of both. To me rap is modern day poetry with a beat. look outside the pop charts for the good stuff and you will find it.
I hate subtitles with a furious passion. Even if I'm watching an english movie with foreign subs they draw my eye and take away from the experience. I can only tolerate with them for small periods where they are translating foreign speech into english text.
I can get pings as low as 180 ms from Sydney to LA. maybe that's what they tell people to make them go away. Distance to LA to Washington DC 2,297 miles, LA to Sydney 7497.06 miles. Unless your connection is international the "distances involved" is a poor excuse indeed.

A lot of people ask me how to use flash on android and I recommend them dolphin and then they ask how to show "normal" websites. So I show them that too. I am personally responsible for about 30 people spoofing user agent strings, even though none of them know that's what they are doing.
Imagine somebody coming up to the counter of whatever supermarket you work at and start verbally abusing you for decissions made by some upper level management people.
Do you think that doesn't happen? I have seen that shit in both poor and rich neighborhoods, actually it happens more in the rich neighborhoods than the poorer ones. Must be something to do with poor people having worked in retail/customer service at some point before. It happens in every customer facing industry that I know of,(yes threats of physical violence) just on web forums there is some kind of record.
