Its not really a relevant data point if all they see is Wifi signal exists here. If you dont want people to see your BROADCAST SIGNAL, then dont BROADCAST. Turn it off when you arent using it, put it on a timer, reduce the transmitter power so the signal doesnt exceed your boundaries, but dont bitch if people who walk by with radios pick up what you are BROADCASTING. This is like bitching that people can detect if you have a cordless phone or radio controlled garage door opener.
This doesnt mean i support what these companies are doing, only that you are just as culpable for what they can detect. If your signal spills over into public spaces then fuck you.
That seems wrong. Wouldnt the amount of energy remain relatively constant (dismissing cloud obstruction of course)? Even if there was fluctuation is it enough to be relevant, are the panels sensitive enough to detect it? Isnt increased local temeprature far more likely from heated air/geography rather then 'stronger 'rays'. IM not trying to troll you, your statement sparked all these questions.

Most consumer grade CFLs give off a horrible color light. I tried them for several years and im sorry but nothing beats an incandescent if you care about more then jsut throwing some light on something. For lighting a home, CFLs are shit for creating any kind of warmth. In my utility closet sure ill put a CFL, but every lamp in my house is incandescent and will remain that way until I cant replace them anymore.
What I never understand is why NONE of these camps ever advocate having less/no children, which is the absolute #1 thing a human can do to reduce their 'footprint' on this planet besides suicide.

EVERY battlefield game has been great and BF3 gets PC as the lead platform. I'm MORE then willing to give DICE the benefit of the doubt on BF3. The Frostbite engine in BFBC2 is sick so i can only imagine it getting better in BF3. O you were talking about consoles? Who cares, they are once again relegated to toy status. Consoles are a joke now, 720P OR LESS at 30 FPS just isnt going to cut it anymore.

Microsoft REFUSES to allow whole machine LIVE accounts. IT really pisses me off that my wife cant watch Netflix on XBox on 'my' account and I cant be logged into Games for Windows at the same time. It fucking kicks her off Netflix. LIVE is one of the biggest rip offs MS has EVER pulled.
This shit pisses me off, we should be moving AWAY from having to be tethered to a fucking desktop. So tired of my computing being forced to be shackled. ITs getting even worse with places like Steam, facebook etc bitching everytime you log on with proper credentials but from another machine. My logins should be hardware agnostic. Hell i expected my windows phone 5 to be completely self standing.
I would like to add that even though its only $4 off, it DOES come with a 7 day return policy, something new games dont. Just pointing it out for accuracy.
Oh please. People jsut dont like being told no for reasons that are often beyond them. Few IT techs say no 'just becasue' We are techies, we like tech, but going rogue on the network is SERIOUS turf invasion. Its not in your job description nor PAY GRADE to make calls on the network. Ive told Deans and company Presidents alike they cant have deep network access or services that compromise the network. Why in the hell would I allow you to completely subvert my job?
