    And, if so will the results be reliable?
    Space is not a fun place to be if you are a highly sensitive semiconductor.
    Lots of high energy particles whiss about all the time and can, and will, influence those semiconductors. Without special shielding or design you will get undesireable effects.

    Only thing I know that is a "one size fits all", is a straight-jacket.
    Also, the 100 million sold are actually force-bundled with new computers. Wonder how many uninstalled it and got Linux on there or bought Win7 with/after it?

    If you stream at 2.5 mbit for 7 hours and 24 minutes a day you will use 250 GB/month on average.
    If you and your sister/brother/son/mother or whatever do it colaboratively you reach it quickly. Since seperate streaming does not use broadcast techniques in ip networks 3 people sharing the connection get 2 hours and 28 minutes each a day. I am still assuming you stream at atleast 2.5 mbit as I don't think you are interested in watching what looks more like lego.

    Or, a classic example of lack of trust in his abilities leads to a tonn of stupid decisions by management and a very expensive soup of ppl that will overcomplicate the thing. When they are done, they will have used up the entire budget on budget planning meetings. Been there, seen that. Duck and cover.

    It's not a volatile compound, it's a stable salt. http://www.ornl.gov/sci/scale/pubs/SOL-05-1048_1.pdf You don't have to read more than "1 Introduction" to get the jist. The same goes when you dissolve thorium in there.

    Many of the computers the industry uses run on chips made by samsung, show info on displays made by samsung and maby even store daga on drives made by samsung.

    Some drives use capacitors in the design to provide a buffer of power. To avoid the rest of the system eating this power they protect it. (Diodes)
    This little power-store is used to ensure that the last/current operation is completed before the drive shuts down if it detects loss of input power.
    It doesn't save all your data but atleast ensures no half-cooked corruption occurs on the write.
    The drives ofcource cost extra, but give added safety.

    Actualy you can't.
    Anyone who wants to licence a patent is free to do so and you can not deny them access.
    Further you can not set the price unreasonably in order to achieve the same effect. What will happen then is someone will sit down and evaluate the worth of the patent and force you to accept that price.

    Patents are illegal to use for blocking production, you can only make sure you earn your due.

    The problem is, if people poison the data by randomely answering the poisoning cancels itself out by shear statistics.
    That's the whole point of using a large statistical basis in the research.

    But, if each survey is tainted by selecting an outcome and guiding tainters to always be posetive, negative or some other deterministic viewpoint we can really taint the data.

    You simply do it like the classic paper-face dolls. Horisontal folds in paper and thin string or slots in paper and pulltab.

    Not only are they forced to take old electronics back for free, they also report you to the police if you try to remove anything from their forced junkpile.
    There is really big money in this received hardware, both in it's recycle and on getting it out of circulation so you buy the new products.
    If you head off a guy who is about to throw away some old hardware however, they get really unsure about how to treat you. They want to claim you are stealing, but at the same time they are unsure about from whom...

    (Yes I like to take a peek and see what is in the bins, I once "found" 20 boxes of fiber patch cable giving me a nice kick for my home fiber project.)

    I for one did not want a i-whatever. Too limited and I really wanted to be able to turn it into a laptop whenever I needed to type a lot.
    I waited while the diferent pads came and went, and finally with the Infinity I ran out and got one. The price didn't really bother me but the first few weeks had software bugs I think was hurting it.
    Now that most seem to be fixed it is definately the tablet for me, and I suspect a lot of others like me.
    In the coming months the new android version will bew released on it too, making it even more attractive.
    People will undoubtedly nag about existing apps and such for the iwhatever but that has to do with userbase and time on market. I mean, just because someone has said baaaaah longer than moooh doesn't mean we shouldn't go for the juicy burger. hehe.

    I love my x10 mini but it is a tad slow.
    The "new" xperia mini is twice the speed and perfect, but now I can't get one!!! BUHUUUU! Bring back Sony Ericsson!

    Don't forget functional.
    Today everything has to look like it has been released by apple or it's ugly.

    I cringe when I see all the resources and battery consumption that go into features like false reflections in metallic buttons on a friggin screen.

    I want a website that is designed for quick lookups to be just that, quick! And, it is!

    Hurray!
    I disabled that feature as soon as I could anyway as I want to decide where to search.
    I know perfectly well if I am looking for something on the internet or on the phone, in fact, the way I store stuff on my phone I *never* have to search for it. I know where I put it!

    Useless feature - useless patent - useless case.
