we are on a "too late" discussion here. the RAIDS started TEN years ago in the house of a priest,
and he died of cancer because of so many "FAKE" Microsoft users, because no country wants to pay
for software, and even big companies used to pirate software in those times, but yeah right they started
their raids where no one could have survived of the heavy load the law put on them. it were the perfect german-american treaty
to suck with latins. i still receive some idiots at home specifically asking if i can install windows on their cheap
computers, then i ask why would you need it if you dont do computing?????
Sorry but this issue has been gradually destroying my life, and of course, all the computer industry.
and not because of the piracy, but because of the trust people had on what i was selling.

  16. Open source licencing as the new edonist marxism on Microsoft Says Free Software Violates 235 Patents · · Score: 0

against any kind of new legal systems in which the open source licencing are included.
Open source licencing is believed to be illegal for some high courts because it's a new order of sharing things, and it cannot be named just marxism but the concept of sharing software or pieces of intellectual properties is almost the same as in marxism, and that is where reside all the trouble of the legality of the usage of the internet for example, criticized of course by some antique ideas of how mankind should behave, of course one of the most powerful people is behind the criminalization of open source licencing and that one might be benedict

  17. universal channel? on Tech Billionaire Boot Camp · · Score: 0

does anyone remember who invented the "universal channel"? it was a model and an electronic design which were intended to be used for trasmitting up to six audio channels within the same phisical medium which in that time were copper telephone lines. the system used the sideband to trasmit the channels "encoded" in different frequencies and two modems by each ending were connected to amplifiers which were designed by the same guy and connected to speakers to choose and hear the channel of standard music you wanted. In those times there were not the "idea" of a copyrighted "model" of system but now we use it often in patents. Tere were two kind of patents one kind "legal" and the other kind "moral" think what would have been of the world if Einsteins E=MC2 were patented first by other guy in other country?... The invention i named earlier was the first and previous approach to the actual internet. When this guy "the inventor" actually saw the "Internet" he died almost instantly of cancer, because he never patented his invention and left his family in povery because the country in which he was born used to gift patents to the US. This is just a part of my lifestory to you actually meet what could be a real patenting system which could be internationally accepted as law for every country.

  20. scientific writing on Does Wikipedia Suck on Science Stories? · · Score: 0

I agree in part, scientific writing is a cience on it's own and wikipedia is mostly written by scientists as researchers and not science teachers, thats why it's articles are not right in some cases. When a scientist makes a research it's necesary to publish by the hand of a technical writer, which is more related to the art of writing than to the technical issue, why? because it has to be readable and easy to understand for all the public. That's where wikipedia fails, because the articles are written by scientists not scholastics.
