    What percentage of organs are actually from convicted felons ?

    If the answer is "miniscule" then it makes sense to do whatever
    pisses people off the least.

    I, personally, am far more concerned about doctors declaring me dead
    when I am "not dead yet".

    establish a reasonable bell curve. You need about a 60%
    expected return (and there do exist such methods using
    teams and card counting)

    Eventually, a losing streak will break your bank.

    Las Vegas wins because it is able to play 100,000 hands of blackjack
    in a relatively short amount of time while risking only a fraction of their bankroll.

    creating a convection.

    Eventually, would create steam and evaporative cooling.

    I don't know if enough heat could be released in this manner.

    One of the best inventions for a train was its braking system.
    You have to apply energy to *prevent* a train car from braking.
    This prevents run-away cars.

    A successful nuclear reactor would have something similar
    where you have to apply energy to keep the coolant at bay.

    i.e. The core is at the bottom of the ocean and energy
    is spent by the reactor to keep ocean water from rushing in.
