"How could you not see this coming?! Where were the police? How could you let posters like that glorify violence? etc..."

However, I have used ipod, ipad, and itunes. You say it is horrible, but you lack specificity. If you say horrible means "Makes it really easy to get access to a large amount of reasonably priced music" then I might agree with you.
The truth of the matter is that Microsoft can not make an ipad-like object without screwing it up in someway. (Either marketing, pricing, licensing, or bad design)
It takes vision that spans all 4 of these areas.
And they know it. They are completely relegated to XBOX and MS Word.
My mom helps people who can not get dead beat spouses to pay child support. She helps keep children away from parents who would abuse them. She helps parents who are being wrongfully denied visitation.
In other words, she helps people who desperately fucking need help!

the defenses of liars on the witness stand.
