It's 2.07 because Facebook went on that campaign where they were creating profiles for "everyone" whether they were a user or not. So others could tag them (without their knowledge of course). Nobody really made a stink oddly enough (head scratch). Now active users vs fake users vs db created users would be an interesting ratio.

I had cable for many years too. Was about $160 a month. I thought I'd get value out of it since 5 Yank stations promoted NFL, I tune in to the stations, it was either 5 stations of Buffalo Bills or Deflategate Pats. I also thought hey I got SportsNet & TSN both havnig 5 stations each such as West, East, Central, but I tune in to watch MLB or NHL and it's 5 stations of the regional team. When I inquired why West doesn't show Western teams, they go o it's based on your region. Defeats the point really of 5 stations. So I realized i was watching 5 stations, so I called up said Cable company explaining hey I watch 5 stations, I'll give you $5 per station and delete the rest. They stated COULDN'T BE DONE, they suggested I enroll in basic cable then add on the 5 stations I did want, but that brought me back to like $75 dollars....for 5 stations I wanted. So, money in hand, they wouldn't give me what I wanted at a price I'd be willing to pay. So Cancel city, I tried to give them money, they wouldn't accept it your honor.

  7. I used to work as an Asus repair tech and the building beside us was RIM at the time. I had to periodically walk through there and was 100% women. They hired 1 guy, Monday he started working with the girls, that's all they could talk about was how great it was to work with a guy, they don't get why no guy lasts. He joked with them n such, they loved it..... Until 1 got offended by a joke slash tease, then they turned on him like a pack of wolves. By Friday he was fired because of the stink the women made about his jokes (that they all loved beginning of the week). Even our cleaning lady hated that department, too much drama, backstabbing and cutting others up. She'd hide out in our building because all the guys did was their work and messed with eachother (we all knew it was in good fun, which it was).

They tried something different in Canada, offered a barebones cheap minimum package for low income then can add channels as needed. Boasted how great it was. The only problem was, the channels you got in the basic package were the ones nobody wanted and by the time you added the 5 channels you do want, it cost more than a package.

  16. Not everyone can walk out and afford a 40K brand new electric car. Then have to pay an additional pile of money to install a charging station at their residence. And good luck having enough charging stations at apartment buildings or on the street where some people park. Then factor in the high rate for electricity. The issue has become, these cars haven't had a chance to filter down to the non 1% people into the used car lots. Until they make it affordable, I'll be driving my dieselgate VW.
