With all due respect, ask the poor Chinese thrown into dark prison houses (which the Chinese government won't even acknowledge exists) simply for coming into the city to register a legitimate grievance if they have enough freedom. Or ask a Christian worshiping in a secret house church not part of the Chinese government-approved 'church' who, when discovered, is arrested, beaten, imprisoned and tortured for years with their Bibles confiscated, if they wouldn like the freedom to worship Jesus Christ without persecution and not the state.
"if I find I'm wrong (I'm currently an atheist), I'll gladly change my ways (God says you only need to repent before death to be accepted in to the kingdom of Heaven)."
What if, when that time comes, you are so hardened in your unbelief and sin that you couldn't care less about repentance and things spiritual? Or you have dementia and can no longer make decisions. Or you had every intention to repent that night when you got home but didn't plan on the bus which hit you or that stray bullet to the head?
What's more you are mistaken if you believe that repenting from your sin and unbelief is up to you. It is not. According to the Bible, it is God who grants repentance to whom He chooses. Consider:
". . . gently instruct, in the hope that God will grant them repentance leading to the knowledge of the truth" (2 Tim 2:25).
"When they heard this they had no further objections and praised God, saying, 'So then, God has granted even the Gentiles repentance unto life'"(Acts 10:18).
"'Stop grumbling among yourselves,' Jesus answered. 'No one can come to me unless the Father Who sent me draws him" (John 6:44).
Friend, if you ever sense the tug in your heart to repent from your sins and receive Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, do it! You may never get that tug again.
Do not presume upon the mercy of God.
" . . . for if it is discovered [MS] knew for any extended period about a serious vulnerability and did nothing, they risk losing the confidence of their business partners."

Do MS business partners have confidence in MS? Or is it they simply have no choice one way or the other.
A friend of mine works in the ER of a large NYC hospital. Contrary to the flu trends chart saying this region has "high" flu activity, she says the ER is seeing just a trickle. She also says nearly half the staff she's spoken to -- doctors, nurses -- say they won't be getting the H1N1 shot before the deadline. "They can't fire us all."
I saw Indy throw a punch in a preview. His arm was so slow it was embarrassing. Especially as the bad guy oversold the reaction of the 'impact.' It was like Harrison's arm was tied down with weights. Arthritis?
Your link does NOT support your claim.
He asked you to back up your claim that you are more likely to get shot with your own gun when defending against an intruder.
In that regard your link is irrelevant.
This is about home gun protection against an intruder. Can you post a link proving you are 22 times more likely to shoot yourself than the intruder?
Who do I disbelieve more, NSA or Microsoft?? Hmmm......
... glad for Austrailians. Personally I wish we had a stand up politician like him in America.

Impossible. Fire hadn't been invented yet.
Nor will it escape the jury that the defendants call *themselves* the PIRATE Bay. That isn't too bright either.

No bacteria will ever be able to adapt to BLEACH. Bleach remains the tried and true no-escape bacteria killer.
About time for the paper to come down on this thread.
