This can be done with Malaysian IC "MyKad" with PKI.
assume the PKI inside MyKad become the authenticifation for voting. ppl with faked IC cant vote.
there are several problem.
1. PKI only available in MyKad newer than Oct 2002.
2. I dont have MyKad yet, (waiting until it become mature) heh
