But it's already started. There's no "classic" interface in Windows RT. Windows RT only supports apps from the Windows Store. If Metro actually was doing well (or hell they may try it anyway) then the desktop version will slowly follow suit.
Late post but to answer his question, but while this is a "gaming" keyboard, there are keyboards on sale for some scratch that promise low latency (2ms it says).
You're missing the point of ReactOS. It's like Wine, except actually an OS. If one day Windows bites the dust you can have this project for any legacy code, if you really needed to run something, and it could be patched and maintained forever. To be fair, yes this is a hobby OS, but to say that with disdain diminishes the value of a hobby.
There was news that the new console will be able to sell your used games on the Xbox One.
I think the reason is Microsoft just wants to kill the secondhand market and gamestop and take money for themselves. I bet it's gonna be revealed and clarified that you can sell your license to the game on their marketplace and you earn a certain percentage (if they were nice it would be high like at least 70% but who knows) and you can only put that money back into the Xbox marketplace for a new game or whatever.
To stay on topic, I bet this is why it requires always online, license checking. If you sell your game but never go back online then you can have your cake and eat it too.
Except there are patent lawsuits everyday, about the dumbest of things between companies large and small, from patent trolls versus small and big businesses to big giants fighting each other.
Trying to argue it's not in the news everyday is a terrible example, and you know it, because news only cares about getting money, so whatever is the most interesting gets aired.
What is gonna happen if you're upset by Google? Are you gonna stop using their products? The money doesn't come from any of their free services, it's the advertisers. You'll be disappointed if you expected nothing else from a free product than to be disappointed when it doesn't bring any more money.
1) To prevent you selling the game. I'm guessing that there is some unique key for the copy you bought tied to your online profile.
Greed
2) To make you have to upgrade when they shut off the servers for SimCity 5 when they launch SimCity 6. EA are known for this. Anyone tried play FIFA 2011 or The Sims 2 online recently...?
Greed
3) To try and stop piracy. Instead of just having to activate online, which could be bypassed by some enterprising cracker, now bits of the game need a connection to actually function. Makes the job of cracking it more difficult I guess
Greed
I think it's pretty obvious why it will not sell well and yet another series dying (Dead Space 4 being cancelled because of poor sales of 3) because of greed.
Coal and oil have their own hidden costs that are not apparent on any balance sheet and not easily calculatable.
Pollution has many known health effects. While a nuclear plant does pollute as long as the radiation is contained its effect is much smaller. With air pollution you have increased healthcare costs due to the treatment of any lung issue that arrises just to start, as well as increased Earth temeperature due to greenhouse gasses which makes us use more electricity which makes more pollution... etc.
(Yes some asshole will say this and it won't happen even if it makes fucking sense and would 100% without a doubt save the US economy and it won't happen)
Except New Zealand is the only country fighting for Kim Dotcom against US extradiction. Hence.co.nz. It was going to be Me.ga but (as posted here too) that domain was revoked the moment he announced it.

They refurbish them and sell them as old models for profit.
The one that's ISO standard and would be in ABC order.

Such a project already exists.
Says the anon posting in it..

It requires it to be connected at all times.

Actually I do know how much it is.
It's like 6MB, at worst. While it isn't enough for an uncompressed image, most JPEGS fall under the size limit of this.

Just use Google Voice, it's free.
I think games should just stick to being games. Games trying to be movies always fell flat, sometimes really hard (see: Heavy Rain).
Can't we just make an IE/Firefox/Opera/Chrome add-on and be done with adding the DRM? If people want it they can install it themselves.

I'll give you a good one:
I like the option that I can avoid any bank completely. Especially the "bank" PayPal that almost every internet commerce site uses.
It's the PSP Go all over again, wait and see. If there really is no optical drive then it's dead.
That's socialism!

No they shouldn't. The producers determine the price for Austrailia if they sell there at all.
Can you imagine a working x86 handheld that won't be hot and have no fans?
I can't.
I want a blueprint and a working video. If you really are giving away show me

Except the client is optional. I can access my files from dropbox.com and still download/upload.
The client makes this much easier, literally drag and drop to a specific folder.
