The resonant frequency is just going to dance around any way. Why not just modulate the voltage on the plasma directly? (Relative to the metal super structure of the craft.) If you do it with a square wave you can very easily recover the energy the same as if you were using resonance... and these guys don't have to worry about the FCC.
That was Windows RT and it was a massive mistake... Win32 and Office are Microsoft, everything else loses them money and focus. Getting into phones was their biggest mistake, getting into consoles their second biggest. Ditching Windows RT and just leveraging their win32 advantage on tablets was a great decision.
The only thing XAML has going for it is it's security model and the appstore, for the rest it's useless and slow... win32 needs that security model as well, Microsoft is sorta kinda giving it with Centennial but it's essentially deprecated before it's even introduced. They only present it as a transitional method, not as what it should be. The standard way of developing store apps using their most powerful and useful API.
Frats are as big a thing for most of the established universities as they are in the US... if you're a badass frat you can even still do mensur fencing in Germany.
Most foreign students just have a bit more of a nose to the grindstone attitude than the domestic ones.
Germany runs a trade surplus, so that's not exactly right. They can afford it because they are best in the Euro zone at extracting capital from the capitalists. They are winning the race to the bottom, the destination is not so good but as long as the race is on winning the race is still better than not winning.
If the insurers get together and set up a minimum requirement for the middle the costs would go down quickly. I'd say that at the minimum records should only be accessible via the intranet, with all machines able to access the intranet being company issued (BYOD is moronic). If internet access is allowed on the same machine it should only be through a virtual machine.
For financial and medical institutions the cost of a scheme like this should be negligible. My sister works for a bank and at least they have finally started agreeing with me a little, to work at home they now all use company issued laptops with smart card based VPN. She used to do it on her own laptop...
That's how they do it in third world countries, in civilized countries you just get a nice job after you leave office or family members get big contracts for their companies.
If the Republicans still don't want the presidency because the responsibility for the next economic collapse has to be put on socialism I think she has a good shot... hard to find someone less electable, and if the Democrats push forward Clinton they need a real stinker.
With Peak Fossil Fertilizers and population growth it might not be such a good idea to put all those nutrients on the bottom of the ocean. You need to sequester the carbon without too much other valuable stuff.
I hope they make exceptions for the cream of the crop, or otherwise they will have very few.
For an industry which has billion dollar IPOs without their prospectus's even being read they are awfully selective.
Of course except for Sitara and i.MX6 the GPIO on ARM processors tends to be pathetic.

Mix in random poisons.
People can't deal with leap seconds when they know they have to ... postponing it into one huge clusterfuck isn't going to improve matters.
There are a lot of republicans too who are interested in preserving the flow of the water into the delta and it's not because of the smelt.
It won't just affect nature, it will affect companies and property values too.

Of course with German taxes it's slightly easier to recoup significant amounts of money than US taxes.
Joining the EU wasn't the problem ... joining the Euro was.

It's consistently good enough to not mind the first half dozen ... after that all lagers are excellent to me.
Everyone working for the TSA is a potential terrorist, 73 are one some list somewhere.
Between UEFI and SMM I consider x86 a rootkit, period.

"Stop having people program C that do not know how to program securely in C"
Unfortunately we need more than handful of programmers ... we need the less able programmers, but we can't trust them with C.
A fact abundantly clear for 2 decades, yet C persists ... billions of dollars of unnecessary damages.

"Freedom of speech does not give you the right to say or do anything you want."
True, but we can call Mohammed a child rapist with legal impunity ... and apparently in Texas you can do it without needing to fear Muslims as well.
Sure, if the law was that we could have BBQs on any private property EXCEPT churches then I'd agree ... we should start including Churches.
If you want to troll Jews though, all you need is animal slaughter regulations.
You kill the ones who get so comfortable around humans that they start seeing them as prey.
Give me a Kickstarter to make this a bimonthly event in Texas and you'll have my money.
There are very few Maroccan kids from secular households. They are Muslims in the same way most Catholics are Catholics.
They play along with the charade once in a while, they come from a Muslim household and once they grow up they get more serious about the charade.
If the market is more efficient when trade is slowed down so most participants can interpret the available information then what is the value of HFT?
