    That ISPs only permit users to send mail through their own servers (presumably by blocking port 25 outbound)

    My ISP doesn't block 25 outgoing but a few spam blacklists have my IP range on their "DSL/Cable/Dialup" listings so I send mail from my internal server through the ISP.

    The result? No more "You're on a dynamic IP" bounce messages.

    You can't get them (officially). If it's that much trouble to do that once for an OS that is truly a joy to work with then you're priorities are screwed up.

    Buy the official CDs and support the project, roll up your sleeves and make your own or use another OS. It's a free world.

    Apple's approach is built into the filesystem, MS' is glued on top. They were in a rush to get out a desktop search engine and an OS retrofit would have taken a far longer.

    Since when is considering all points of view unscientific?

    It isn't. However when there is not a single shred of evidence to support the views they are discarded. Flat earth theory, earth as center of the universe, rain gods, etc. Science has been chipping away at superstition since Galileo.

    Present your evidence but don't whine that it's not fair if you can't muster any up. Science isn't fair.

    That's not how it works. You don't prove a negative, you present evidence for a positive. You say there's a god or gods making all this cool stuff, present your case.

    It's quite simple: if the children are exposed to what the rest of the world is thinking then common sense may help them negate the dogma their parents drilled into them.

    Teaching religion is disgusting child abuse. It's selfish and hobbles a young mind. There's no reason kids should live in fear that they're being watched 24*7.

Mind you, when you have a well documented quote from George Bush saying "I think that, for example, on the issue of evolution, the verdict is still out on how God created the earth."
