As one of the "reviewers" pointed out, it's not in the Bilal section of Abbotabad, it's not on a dead end street and it doesn't have 12-18 foot high walls. So whoever's house that is, it wasn't Osama's last one.

I'm pretty sure that they didn't kill him on purpose, since they knew his location they could have just used a drone to bomb his mansion back to its basic elements if that was the goal of the mission.

They went in with an assault team to try and capture him but he probably fought back which forced the SEALS to pop a cap in his ass.

I just read the parent's linked article and it says that Bin Laden was buried at sea within 24hrs of his death in order to respect Islamic tradition.

Now, I think that it was the right thing to do, however, how long will it take for conspiracy theorists to either claim that he's still alive or that the whole operation was a hoax to boost the President's popularity?

Not a bad idea, but I would do both the rating and make the questionnaire available. I like seeing the little rating icon in the corner of the box. Just like movies, you can quickly see what type of contents it contains and then decide whether or not it's appropriate; very practical when you just want to buy a random game, the questionnaire comes in when you kid tells you exactly what he wants so you can do your research beforehand.

To be fair, episodes 1 and 2 of Half-Life 2 were longer and better made than most of the crap that passes as a triple-A title these days. These episodes could have easily been full games on their own, so to me they don't really represent what episodic gaming is all about.

Biomed companies will not share info that a competitor could use.

For an accurate comparison you need to look at stress related deaths today and compare with stress related deaths back then. Granted, that ain't easy.

Now, do I think that it's the Department of Education's job to curb this nasty behavior outside of school walls? Hell no, that's what parents are for. But again, parenting seems to have gone the way of the dodo bird and everyone is relying on someone else to look after their children and teach them manners.

I don't consider it art because any 4 year old can do it. However it still is art.

Others think that industrial gore metal (or whatever that banging of instruments and screaming is called) is art.

Again, I don't consider it that because it sounds horrible, however all of the fans of that music would disagree with me. Notice I still called it music, and music is art.

On the other hand, I think that games like Alice, Half-life 1&2, Doom and Mario Bros 3&64 are art. Many gamers would probably agree with me, many other people probably feel insulted at the thought.

The definition of Art should be: Something created to serve no other purpose than entertainment, i.e. to be enjoyed by those who want to enjoy it.

Fine, let's try this again, shall we? This time I'll spell it out because the brevity of my original statement seems to have confused some.

    OP: [...] maybe my math is wrong but how is (350000 * 0.99 * 0.35) > 500000?
Me: It is wrong, you're using the wrong number of units sold per year. The 350 000 in the article is from Jan 1st to today and not for a whole year, so it's 350 000 in 67 days or 5224 per day, so 1 900 000 units for a year.

I did not distance myself from the claim because the subject wasn't the claim but rather the values used by the OP in the author's formula. I was explaining where the 500k was coming from, not that the number was an accurate reflexion of reality (which it isn't).
