    A single atom, that seems like a terrible idea, they'd have to have at least 4 clocks like that running simultaneously so they can replace the atoms in them if any one fails...

    What irks me whit our current state of affairs is that you get to read the EULA AFTER buying the physical copy.
    What instead we should be doing is you should be presented with the EULA before you buy the product.
    Ideally some kind of representative should be accessible so that i can request a different EULA just for me with their lawyers etc...
    I'm not even sure weather EULAs as they are used now are legal in my country.

    Actually it would be in the isp's interest people to use torrents as that would mean less traffic, also they would do well to host content servers in-house.
    Say a Steam content server and a Blizz one, that way fewer traffic will be outbound from their networks and it would cost them less...
    Then again people that make the policies in isps aren't known for their cutting edge decision making...

    Disallow a directory in robots.txt if anyone opens it have a link there along the lines of: If you open this your ip will be blocked. Everyone that requests that link gets nullrouted for a week if they do it again they get nullrouted forever.

    No need to store energy just make use of Explosively pumped flux compression generator. In a few words it's an emp generator that uses highexplosives, single use instant emp.

    Why a rail gun? They are awfully inefficient after just several shots your railgun is fried. Build a gaus gun(also known as Coilgun), same idea less friction.

    you are forgetting that well structured and styled html is just as effective as paper print. Besides you have doc files for printing forms, you can even use an open precessing software if you'd like.

    Can anyone tell me WHY people want to fill forms inside PDFs? What am i missing here? We already have the technology to fill forms, what do adobe want to achieve with this? To me it smells like another CEO type of decision and desire for everything to be centralized.
