    Yes. You own a wedge that goes to a point at the center of the earth and radiates outward into space.

    Manned aircraft can overfly your property because they've essentially been granted a right-of-way like a road.

    The real question is, what about unmanned aircraft?

    I remember first semester freshman year. The weed-out EE course was full of bright-faced eager kids convinced they were gonna get a good paying job when they graduated.
    2 weeks later the class size was cut in half when they found out how much work was involved.
    Anyone can learn to write a "Hello World" program but that doesn't make them a software professional.

    It's a state-owned car, same as a state- or company-owned computer.
    Everyone knows it's legal/Constitutional for companies to eavesdrop on their own networks to snoop emails, web surfing, etc.
    The company car is the same. It's not your car; it's provided for your official use with restrictions.

    It's a Dell from 2004 but hey, it's got a 3GHZ processor and 3GB of RAM. It works fine and it's fast enough.
    Word is Win7 won't work OOTB for computers this old due to driver availability etc.

    There are judges that specialize in these fields, though there aren't enough of them.

    They can refuse to hear it, but all that does is let the decision of the lower courts stand. Cases rarely go directly go to SCOTUS.
