  1. The part that is inaccurate is " fight against illegal gaming sites".

There is nothing "illegal" with these sites. They simply do not pay their Pizzo to the government of Québec, and it frustrates them, so they instigate fear in players so they think they're doing something illegal by playing on these sites. These sites have a license to operate, that can be from Curaçao, Cyprus, Panama or even Kahnawake (located in the province of... QUEBEC!), and they are not considered illegal, even by the laws of Canada.

The Canadian law basically says that "It is forbidden to run a Casino (or other games of chance business) on Canadian soil, except if you hold a license to do so". This licensing power is delegated to provinces, and the Government of Québec is using this power for itself. It is not, in any way, considered illegal to PLAY in a casino for a Canadian. This means that Canadians have the right to play in any casino they want. You just cannot run one from INSIDE the country.

Moreover, the telecommunications are regulated by the CRTC in Canada (a federal organism). Their first rule for the Internet is NET NEUTRALITY. This bill would clearly violate that rule.

You can call me a troll as much as you want, it is just my opinion. I don't say it's better to send pot smokers in prison, it's just that pot smoking is very very often an introduction to other, more harmful drugs. My brother commited suicide because, among other things, of drug abuse. He started smoking pot when he was 12, got introduced to LSD, mescaline and other craps, and ended hanged with an electric extension cord... I don't say pot causes everyone to commit suicide, I just say it's one more thing that makes people go in a possibly very, very wrong way.

That being said, that's totally off-topic.

I think people say they don't like Snowden only because if they say they like him, they fear to end up in a dark prison after being picked up by a group of black Chevy Suburbans...

I personnaly lost 100lbs over 5 years doing all that by myself, cutting the crap and exercising more. I didn't "hack" anything, I went by the rules: less calories input, more calories output.

Hacking would have been like: I changed nothing to my habits but took (whatever pill/electrode/juice/miracle crap) and BAM, I lost 30 pounds in a month. These things don't work, and reading the title and summary, it's like the guy found some crap that actually works at losing weight without efforts with no side effects.
