Some of these centre designers need to work in bad places before getting their credentials. Common sense does not reign supreme. It is not just diesel supply that is the problem; generators, pumps and electrical gear in basements is a disaster. The Japanese nuclear disaster would probably have been averted if the generators were on the roof instead of in the basement in a Tsunami prone area - loose power, loose pumps and you loose a nuclear reactor.

Stating the obvious, if it is not illegal, then it is legally permissible. The issue is one of social politeness, a concept that seems to be diminishing with time. The cameraman appears to not have any respect for people's privacy, even when a person objects. So, how do you deal with someone like that? I would imagine that there will be reactions from "ignore him" to "9mm between the eyes".

The French and American revolutions were in a time when people had "the right to bear arms" in order to depose a corrupt government. Try and get enough "people power" to depose a corrupt government in current times - good luck. Under current UN agendas, the world is being disarmed and police states are rampant. The ultimate aim is to bring global government under the auspices of one of the most corrupt organisations in the world - the United Nations.

Like all "do-gooders" they have put over a billion dollars into medical research and 200 million into agriculture. It is ratios like this that cause massive ongoing problems. People in developing countries keep breeding at an alarming rate. Medicine keeps them alive but they still stave and live in poverty. Little "real" money goes into making them support their own populations with food. This is a simplified statement obviously but it is a basic fact, no matter what the UN or other organisations would like t otell you. I worked in developing countries for over 30 years and have seen the problems. The Gates and the Geldoff's of this world are just compounding a problem that will become a tidal wave.
