    Well, the 70% without the gene can learn from the 30% that have it. Example, back in the day of cavemen, the tribe is looking for a new cave. "Ug Bob you go in cave" "Ok" Screaming and ripping of flesh sounds, the rest of tribe doesn't go in. Rinse and repeat until you find a good cave. You might run into 30% inhabited caves.

    I don't know that I would say any college educated person. Have you ever seen the people that go on "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?" They seem to find the most... brain dead people they can find.

    I assume the dead people, are registered regardless of their status of mortality. So say a town had 3000 live people registered, 2000 dead people, and they came back with 15000 votes. That's what I meant.

    I would love to see them implement the e-voting, and then see some districts get hacked without a paper trail, and have a few times the number of registered voters have votes. And have it be widespread enough to not be able to be swept under the rug.

    Maybe I'm just too passive aggressive and like the 'I told you so' attitude.

    To continue on that analogy, would you also demand people involved in an investigation of copyright infringement, where the IP is transfered via a car rather than the internet?

    The only real difference between a NP (or PA) and a physician is ~2 extra years of school, and 3-4 years of residency. And liability. A resident is more similar to a NP or PA, but they're still going through training.
